So far, I have been very pleased. I moved back to my hometown from out of state, and they were always quick to address any questions or concerns via whatever means I used (Facebook messenger, text, etc. ) all along the way. Although I am still working on fully moving in, I have enjoyed the convenience of the tenant portal as a means to upload documents (ie renter's insurance) and pay my rent. While the property isn't exactly pristine, it's a good price for what I am looking for, and I absolutely love the location, yard, and quiet neighborhood. I especially love that they are pet friendly for my 2 cats and dog. I totally understand why some landlords/rental companies deny pets, so I truly appreciate the fact they haven't excluded all of us responsible owners with very well-behaved animals that we share our lives with. This company is by far the BEST! I relocated here from Tx back in August and was able to easily submit all paperwork and basically just came to get my keys. Recently the property I am at changed management companies. Most companies would say good luck and thank you. Renew however let me stay as a tenant and Kary has been of great help. I found out last week that this was happening and signed my lease today on a my new home which is affordable and nice. The most AMAZING thing for me is that I am a mother of 3 Rottweilers... yes the kind that ALL others would not even look at my application because I have them. They do not discriminate the breed or the number as long as you can pay the rent for them. I chose Renew because they were very honest and upfront during interviews, their references passed with flying colors, and most importantly, I don't think I've ever waited for more than 2 hours for a response to an email. I also appreciate their commitment to automation, technology and social media. So many property managers are still relying on flyers, classifieds and maybe the occasional Craig's List ad. It's refreshing to see Facebook listings with YouTube walkthroughs as just one example of how Renew understands where the today's renters are looking.
