The service provided by the Architect Reginald and is wife the office manager are excellent. We received an understanding of what services would be provided in developing the design,. There were meetings where we discussed the pros and cons of decisions that we made. The final drawing reflects what we requested. The assistance with the contractors is invaluable. We have not selected a contractor yet but are working closely to get to the right contractor. We will then use the this service through out our project. We are extending our house with 2 to 3 floors and a bathroom

What is most important is the willingness of this team to listen to our needs and respond patiently and professionally. I am excited for the build ti begin

Reginald Thomas was the project architect for the Bergen Street façade improvement program in Newark, NJ. He was responsible for the design improvements of all of the existing facades, establishing design standards for the commercial and retail establishments signage. and the streetscape design.
He was also involved in the construction management of all of this work. Reginald did an excellent job on this project and received high marks from Mayor Sharpe James of Newark, NJ and many of the store owners. Mr. Thomas was the best architect on my staff at the time. More...
