I am in the middle of a complex divorce, and I needed to locate my wife so I could have her served with papers.  At this point I had hired a PI in the Seattle area to locate her and suspected she could be in Texas still.  I had one lead and needed help.  Bruce Kinglsey at Regal Investigations (unlike any other PI I tried contacting today) ACTUALLY ANSWERED THE PHONE!In one call, talking through an comprehensive report about that one lead, I was able to identify a pattern and use some other data I already had and determine my wife's location and pass that information on to my attorneys.  Bruce probably saved me thousands of dollars on the Seattle-based PI (though it also probably also cost him a few billable hours staking out useless locations as well).  He did the right thing for the customer.In the end, given this experience, Bruce will be my go-to should I ever decide to marry another bi-polar skilled in the dark arts of evasion.  ...or should I just need a good private investigator to make sure the next girl in my life is NOT shady beforehand.
