First session is 75 minutes so I can get to know you, your goals, what has worked or hasn’t worked in the past, your motivations for wanting to achieve your goal. Then there are four sessions, @30 minutes each held weekly or every other week to make modifications, address challenges, obstacles and refinement. People know the things they should be doing to be healthier but often have a hard time doing them consistently. This is where a health coach can help you find what works for you, your lifestyle, how to navigate setbacks or mental blocks, recover motivation, help with accountability and encouragement along the way. We can address eating, exercise, sleep habits, stress management, self care, healthy relationships. I conduct my sessions via telehealth/video chat so we can see each other. This saves us both travel time yet I still get to meet you in person! All you need is an internet connection either with your smart phone or computer. Total for all 5 sessions is $395. If you’ve had trouble in the past sticking with your goals, health coaching has shown to dramatically increase people’s ability to stick with their healthy habits.
