My hubby and I came over on a rainy day for lunch. I ordered the shrimp Rangoon and hubby ordered the Cajun chicken pasta. We were quite surprised how good it was. The only thing I didn't like was my Cesar salad that came with the pasta. It was drenched in the dressing and I barely could eat it. Overall, we enjoyed our lunch. After wanting to try Red Lobster for long I was finally able to try in during this holidays. We went there for dinner and place was pretty empty. We ordered combo and the portion size was huge. We had a really fun experience here.  We needed a break during the holiday rush and some friends of mine were up to deal with a problem with a storage unit.  First off our waitress was incredible.  In fact the entire team was great.  We ordered a make your own feast and everything was prepared and presented well.  The value of the food was also reasonable.  It was also really fresh.If you want a nice meal and like seafood and steak this is the place to go. Nice convenient location.  Good food and wait staff.  My only issue here is not food related:  One of the paper towel dispensers in the men's room has been broken for at least 6 months.  They keep it stocked, but have not repaired it.  This reflects poorly on this; one of my favorite restaurants. Not having explored too many options when it comes to seafood around Reno, I seem to jump back into Red Lobster, mainly because of this scrumptious soup! !  When I have a serious craving for seafood, this soup from the seafood gods always seems to fit the bill!  My hubs isn't a huge fan of seafood, so we need to compromise when it comes to surf and turf.  I don't love venturing into smoky casinos to get a meal anymore - it's not worth the worry of wondering where my food came from and what kind of oil are they using to prepare my food anymore!  Atmosphere here in this Reno location is always dimmed and the staff is always friendly.  Bathrooms are usually a big to me, but I didn't check this one, LOL.I also ordered a "Create a Combo" of the new lobster pieces and a broiled whitefish, which was also EXCELLENT, but didn't take a picture.  I believe the waiter brought us THREE baskets of their secretly-addicting cheddar biscuits, which by the way, need NO BUTTER (WHAT?) and I was stuffed with all that good food!  I did have a side of the lobster mashed potatoes, but that cheese sauce they finish on top with reminds me of Velveeta and I scooped it to the side.  I had quite a bit of left-overs and they were really truly super-GOOD the next day...all the flavors soaked together.This soup though...it's an up-charge of $5 as a soup with your entree - expensive, yes...but worth it?  OH YES!  Every bite-full has chunks of lobster and the taste is every ounce of savory that you NEED with seafood.  Now that I'm talking about it, I may need to grab another bowl sooner than later! We normally go eat there when ever were in the Colma area. You usually can't go wrong with Red Lobster. I ordered snow crab and potato soup. The crab was pretty good as usual but I had to send the potato soup back because it was too thick. Overall my family had a nice time.

I LOVE THIS RED LOBSTER!! We came for our anniversary on a Saturday night and our experience was absolutely fantastic! PAULA was so attentive, energetic, and friendly! She made our anniversary dinner great while still dealing with so many other tables, and the kitchen being jammed on a Saturday night! She was so fantastic I don't think I've ever had a server as good as Paula!!! Also, the food was delicious! The Lobster was huge and the crab was amazing and sweet. The steak was cooked perfectly medium! It was also delicious and didn't require any sauce since it was perfectly seasoned. The sides were great portions and everything came out delicious. I also wanted to say that the restaurant as a whole is what made the experience great! While having delicious food and great service is awesome, it's also great to have the people bringing you food ask if you needed anything else and refill our drinks! Thank you!The manager came by and asked how we were twice on a very busy night and the hostess was sweet and changed our table when I asked. Also the bartenders were fast and attentive before we sat down! The whole restaurant was honestly amazing! This restaurant totally deserves five stars and I would give six if I could! So today was an extremely stressful day for my cousin and I and we each had our sons with us. Hers is 6 and mine is 9 months. And both have fallen asleep in the car on the way to the restaurant so you could tell that they were both a little cranky when we first got there. ( As someone who's worked in the service industry for more than 20 years I know that I myself seeing this kind of table walk-in would not really be looking forward to taking them) but our server Zack was (and is) truly one of the most accommodating, good natured, excellent personality having, ( just all around an amazing human being)  server!!  His service was on point. He was friendly. He was knowledgeable. He had a great memory (cuz we asked for a few extra things) Also a bonus we were also seates kind of off the beaten path as to not have to worry about our kids disturbing the other patrons! Zack even went so far as to play catch with the older one,  just a couple times but it's those little efforts that really make a big difference! So I strongly advise if you are ever in Schaumburg and are able to dine at this location do yourself a favor and ask if Zach is working and he will not be disappointed. Had a 5:30 reservation right before seeing an 8:00 show on a busy Saturday night. The restaurant was getting busy at arrival but the hostess and wait staff were highly organized and got seated quickly. Service was lovely, efficient and timely but never rushed. Red LobsterAfter being out all day in Waikiki we were walking back to our accomodation and pasted Led Lobster, our kids aren't huge seafood fans so we tentatively took a look at the menu. After seeing some nice, 'non-seafood' optioned we want in and got a table for five.Staff had happy bubbly attitude's and could not have been more attentive when it came to questions about the menu and food.Service overall we really good, whether it was bring out drinks, cleaning up used plates or issues fresh refills on the drinks.... Had an early dinner with my family in this place. Food is excellent and choices of drinks are great. Went here on weekdays and they have special course menu to choose from. Free biscuits with an order of course menu is a plus. The biscuit was really tasty & fresh from the oven. Jayna K, our waitress was superb! She was on point and knows what to offer for first time customer. We ordered a dessert & I asked for a candle for my sons birthday. I love seafood, and this place is legit seafood. Restaurant chain that offers seafood up the ying yang! Shrimp, made in so many different ways. Different flavors and ohhhh buttah! Yes, food is generic and commercially made, but who cares, it's still yummy! It's  near Waikiki so high tourist traffic, so the wait could be long. Inside is nice clean and cozy. Staff is always nice and friendly. Nice place for celebrations, like birthdays. Menu is vast and surely for anyone's tasting. Lobster is always good all the time.
