My boyfriend and I came and got the $17.99 4-course feast. It was $14.99 because we came during happy hour and it was the best deal! We each got soup, salad, pasta, and dessert. We also tried the seafood stuffed mushrooms which were really good. All of the food was delicious and our waitress Maria gave us the BEST service. Nice convenient location.  Good food and wait staff.  My only issue here is not food related:  One of the paper towel dispensers in the men's room has been broken for at least 6 months.  They keep it stocked, but have not repaired it.  This reflects poorly on this; one of my favorite restaurants. Came here again, excellent waitress. Everything we ordered was delicious. We had mussels and sauce was so good with garlic toast, then salad which was not good but no need to remove star but it was a bit wilted and neither of us enjoyed it, I got Walt's coconut shrimp and loaded potato loved that pina colada sauce yum, son had mashed potatoes and baked potato the little carbs lol, he had snow crab and it was fresh, we both loved our desserts. We arrived for an early dinner, place was not busy, got our booth in less then 10 minutes.  Started with those warm and delicious biscuits.  Ordered the stuffed mushrooms and crab Rangoon (our waitress's suggestion) for appetizers, hot and tasty!I ordered a cup of chowder and the "ultimate feast" lump lobster in butter sauce, grilled scallops, Wally shrimp and coconut shrimp along with the lobster mashed potatoes.  My wife has the clam chowder and a side salad, the boys had various sampler plates...  the food was plentiful, was quickly served, but not to quickly that we felt rushed and it was all so tasty and the service was spot on!  We love Red Lobster and will always be back! Had an early dinner at the Red Lobster on Marks St in Henderson. I realize the place is located on a parking lot shared by several businesses, but. ..dang... clean up your exterior now & again. More often than you do now.  Entering the business you pass by or walk through cigarette butts, plastic shopping bags, broken plastic cups, even an empty liquor bottle. Just assorted trash strewn about their front entrance & desert landscape wrapped around the base of the building.Once inside we were seated quickly. Our waitress, Chiral, was very attentive, cordial & really knew the menu, explaining all specials. My wife & I both ordered the Thursday special, a 4 course 'Feast' consisting of a cup of soup, a salad, an entree & a desert. I chose the clam chowder, hot & delicious. For the salad, I went with Caesar salad, cool, crisp & very refreshing. The entree for me was the Cajun Chicken Linguini. Just wonderful, piping hot, creamy & buttery. The desert was a triple chocolate brownie ala mode. The wife went with a house salad with blue cheese dressing, a cup of their potato bacon soup & Shrimp Linguini Alfredo, with an extra side of the lobster mashed potatoes. Her meal was also very good. The Linguini was hot & saucy.  The salad crisp & fresh. And she just loved the lobster mashed potatoes. Our drinks were peach lemonade for me & Boston peach ice tea for her. Both were great. I wish the soup & salad came out separately. Give us a head start on the hot soup before bringing out the cool salad.Chiral must've been watching from a discrete distance, the entree's arrived just as we were nearing the end of the salads. In the men's room, although clean & neat, one of the towel dispensers had a busted door. It stayed open, obstructing a comfortable access to one of the sinks.All in all, we throughly enjoyed our meal & the service, but the exterior was a bit off-putting. More...

Red lobster has always been known for their quality seafood. Their servings are generous and the prices, do a bit on the steep side, or worth it if you can afford it. For that alone I dropped one star. The day I went I was waiting on by a young man named Jesse. He was prompt, efficient, professional, courteous, friendly and amenable. The roasted veggie dish I had was delivered by another server and it came without sweet potatoes. Within 5 minutes Jesse saw the dish and went back to the kitchen to find out what the problem was. He approached and apologetically told me they had run out of sweet potatoes. He also said they should not have even served it. He offered to deduct it from the bill. What a nice touch. All waiters can use him as a guide on providing great service. Jesse is a rock star in my book. More...

To our waiter Juan, what CAN'T he do?! you were more enjoyable tonight than our food (WHICH WAS AMAZING). You took the best care of us and are by far the BEST waiter Red Lobster could ever be graced with having. Red lobster if you are reading this GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE. We loved him. He took care of us. If ever I'm in the area, then I'll always stop in to get some chowder and those cheddar bay biscuits! Luckily, I was in town and decided to pop in. I was waited on by Mary, the bartender, and she was super friendly, down to earth, and had a "wicked" Boston accent. I connected with her immediately. She suggested a new shrimp appetizer on the menu, so I thought I'd trust her and give it a whirl. So glad that I did! She was right - it was delicious! The clam chowder and the biscuits were just as good as I remembered. Before I left, Mary happily brought me some biscuits to go (can't wait to have those later) and she gave me a to-go cup for my water. Perfect!Love it when I get service that exceeds my expectations. If you're ever in the Valencia area, this Red Lobster is a hit. Friendly staff, clean place, and fast service. I couldn't ask for more. Thanks for taking such great care of me today, Mary. This place is an amazing upgrade from our Red Lobster in the Portland area. We stopped in here on our way from Seattle to Portland for our daughter's birthday dinner. We were seated immediately at a booth. Our server introduced herself and took our drink orders to give us time to decide on food.After placing our orders we received our favorite biscuits and shortly after that received our soups and salads. Everything was very good. Salads were fresh and crisp and the clam chowder was hot. When our dinners arrived we were all served at one time which was great!! That doesn't always happen for us since we generally have 4-7 in our party. The food was all prepared great and tasted even better. The fried shrimps were crisp and not greasy. The pasta was nicely cooked and the salmon and lobster were cooked perfectly. Our server and the manager were really great when I had a small issue with my pasta. All of the staff here were really great and very friendly. The restaurant itself was clean and comfortable. If you want good seafood and great service this is the place to eat. I LOVE THIS RED LOBSTER!! We came for our anniversary on a Saturday night and our experience was absolutely fantastic! PAULA was so attentive, energetic, and friendly! She made our anniversary dinner great while still dealing with so many other tables, and the kitchen being jammed on a Saturday night! She was so fantastic I don't think I've ever had a server as good as Paula!!! Also, the food was delicious! The Lobster was huge and the crab was amazing and sweet. The steak was cooked perfectly medium! It was also delicious and didn't require any sauce since it was perfectly seasoned. The sides were great portions and everything came out delicious. I also wanted to say that the restaurant as a whole is what made the experience great! While having delicious food and great service is awesome, it's also great to have the people bringing you food ask if you needed anything else and refill our drinks! Thank you!The manager came by and asked how we were twice on a very busy night and the hostess was sweet and changed our table when I asked. Also the bartenders were fast and attentive before we sat down! The whole restaurant was honestly amazing! This restaurant totally deserves five stars and I would give six if I could! Definitely will be coming back here again!! My husband and I came here the other night to celebrate my birthday. Had a 5:30 reservation right before seeing an 8:00 show on a busy Saturday night. Red LobsterAfter being out all day in Waikiki we were walking back to our accomodation and pasted Led Lobster, our kids aren't huge seafood fans so we tentatively took a look at the menu. After seeing some nice, 'non-seafood' optioned we want in and got a table for five.Staff had happy bubbly attitude's and could not have been more attentive when it came to questions about the menu and food.Service overall we really good, whether it was bring out drinks, cleaning up used plates or issues fresh refills on the drinks.... The food came out and we were not disappointed! Yum!!! Servers are always nice here. Food could come out faster. I enjoy their coconut shrimp and when they have it, the lobster rolls (that are super buttery). Their biscuits are a must, I could eat 10 of them. The clam chowder I had was great too, lots of chunks of actual meat and not just potatoes. Have been here for their ayce shrimp too! Waltz shrimp is my favorite besides the coconut shrimp. The tacos were okay in my opinion, probably wouldn't get them again. Had an early dinner with my family in this place. Food is excellent and choices of drinks are great. Went here on weekdays and they have special course menu to choose from. Free biscuits with an order of course menu is a plus. The biscuit was really tasty & fresh from the oven. Jayna K, our waitress was superb! She was on point and knows what to offer for first time customer. We ordered a dessert & I asked for a candle for my sons birthday. Our waitress came with other colleagues to sing a birthday song to my son. What a way to surprise and delight a customer! The only downside was we waited for long just to get our orders. I love seafood, and this place is legit seafood. Restaurant chain that offers seafood up the ying yang! Shrimp, made in so many different ways. Different flavors and ohhhh buttah! Yes, food is generic and commercially made, but who cares, it's still yummy! It's  near Waikiki so high tourist traffic, so the wait could be long. Inside is nice clean and cozy. Staff is always nice and friendly. Nice place for celebrations, like birthdays. Menu is vast and surely for anyone's tasting. Lobster is always good all the time.
