I had been trying to find a good gym for about a year prior to joining Rebel. I knew after my first class I had finally found what I was looking for. They have convenience class time and sizes. The workouts & coaches always challenge me and are great at what they do. I would give it 10 stars if I could!! More...

Stephanie is wonderful, she creates unique workouts that are modifiable for all skill levels and can push you if you're a workout beginner or an expert. Her classes are small so she can give individualized attention to each attendee and help to correct form. Would recommend! More...

I started off going to this gym, at first, just to help Stephanie. I bought a drop in pass. Right away I knew I would be coming more than once a month so I bought a membership. Last Friday I visited Steph at her gym right as she was beginning her 9am rebel fit class; which consisted of 4 of her clients. I watched Steph go over and demonstrate each work out and the modified way to do them as well! No 2 people in her class were the same. An older lady, I say 'older lady' because she was proud to say her age, which was over 40, and doing these Work outs her own way ..the other 3 were easily between 20-30. Not to mention the one guy who played football for his college! Everyone did the same workout routine/circuit that Steph had planned for that day BUT to their OWN modification. I was definitely the "i'll come when I'm in a little better shape" or "I can't come because I have the boys" .. Well today I went to a rebel fit class!�� 9a-10a.. I'm pretty sure I sweated off my top lip that hardly ever existed to begin with �..The other girl did box jumps on a nearly 2 ft tall box and I did mine on 2 stacked weight plates. To kind of show you �� __ vs -- .. But the competitor in me, the always in shape person in me, didn't even care! I was just glad that I could still jump �.. Needless to say, I'm glad I went to her class her last week and saw that every workout was done differently by each person yet was still the same work out, if that makes sense � lol .. Everyone should try a class! You won't regret it. Your first class is absolutely free so you have nothing to lose. Except your legs maybe bc mine are jello. Side note: I felt so good, I didn't even want to stop for fast food on my way home. ((Seriously.)) Thanks Steph for being annoying as all hell and pushing me to come. � More...

People of any age if you want to get stronger this is the place to be! If you want to feel better this is the place to be! I could never do a pull up or push up but I definitely can now. Stephanie is a super trainer that works with the class on every move the personal attention is the best.

Amazing. I can’t say enough good things about Stephanie and her gym. My husband and I have been with Steph since she started (him more than me lol). He and I are two very different people with very different athletic abilities and she always finds a way to make everything just right for both of us. He needs a challenge because he played college football and at first I needed easier modifications. It’s awesome to see my muscles get stronger (like she said they would haha). I have finally found a place that works for me! I was very nervous when my friend said hey wanna come to a workout class with me. ...but honestly it was one of the best decisions I have made!! These classes work for any level of fitness and everything has modifications that work for anyone!!! This place has changed my lifestyle for the best. Here I am a year later and am so amazed at the shape I'm in. Thanks to Rebel Strength and Fitness and Stepanie's amazing knowledge I am more fit than I've ever been. In the past 2 weeks I've had 3 people tell me how fit I look. I can't begin to tell you how confident I feel in myself. My gym days have become so important in my life. I'm addicted! ! Rebel strength and fitness has changed my whole outlook on working out and sticking with it! I know without this gym and the wonderful community I would still have my 10 dollar membership to a gym that I might have stepped into twice a year. Here I’m in the gym 4 days a week. The gym has helped me change my lifestyle for the best! I have met some of the kindest people that always are cheering each other on and challenging each other to do their best. If you are like me and nervous about trying a new place out or being afraid that you are not to a athletic standard don’t be worried at all!! This is the gym for you, everything is brought down to a level that needs to be for you. When i started i was doing basic stuff but just getting moving is what i needed. I've started going to this gym for a year and half and I DO NOT regret it! I have always struggled finding a work out program that I enjoy and actually want to go to.
