I was recently diagnosed with IBS-c. Feels like I’ve had this all my life, but not quite. At least since I was in my early 20s. It’s quite an organizational trip to set myself up with the proper foods and the proper quantities. I have a few recipes, made a chart for hoe much of each category I can eat. (I think it’s 5 srvs of veggies and 2 srvs of fruit a day.). The rest I’m not sure of... What I like about Real Nutrition RX is the moral support I get and new ideas for recipes.
