I set out on an adventure 6 years ago to make travel part of my everyday life. I wanted to see the world, explore new cultures and find the adventure I’d been missing. I joined a private yacht as a stewardess and a chef. I didn’t know what to expect but the experience has taught me how best to anticipate the needs of others and deliver a world-class experience above and beyond the simple mechanics of travel.

I have worked with Lindsey almost three years on boats and we’ve travelled extensively. Hitting all the stops from Antigua to Maine twice in 22 months and currently cruising Mexico and CA for the past 15 months. I have watched her day in and day out go the extra mile doing the same thing Reaching Orion Travel offers for the guests/owners of the boats we’ve worked on. She absolutely excels at it...to the point as a captain I run my ideas about anything involved in the boats travels by her and her ideas can be brilliant. There are times I just let her handle the entire planning of a boat trip and she always makes it seem effortless. She is currently planning our vacation to Seattle/Coeur D’Alene/etc. She went over her plan this morning with me. One thing that amazed me was when she opened an excel spread sheet for budgeting. There where columns and numbers everywhere! She had researched pricing down to the smallest detail of finding a way to save $10/day on ski passes; only two days of skiing but this alone saves $40 on the trip. All over the spreadsheet were comparisons of pricing from every part of the trip. Every part of the multi city plan she maximized spending the perfect amount of time to enjoy what each city offers and keep at our expenses at minimum. I truly can not put into words how impressed I am with her dedication, passion and attention to detail with her work.
