Rea is fantastic. I’ve trained with her in person as well as full programming, and she is so incredibly knowledgeable. The way she describes the movements is so helpful for understanding intention and growth, highly highly recommend!!!

I was always a cardio lover and honestly was too afraid to lift. My goal was to gain a booty and tone up, but I wasn’t seeing results with my work out routine. When I reviewed my fitness goals with Rea, she new exactly what fitness and nutritional plan I needed to attain my goals. Within 8 weeks, I lost 8 lbs, gained muscle/strength , and built a booty. I was a little nervous about my first time with a trainer 1:1. But Rea was friendly and explained everything as we went through the excercises which made the whole experience simpler. She was engaging and challenging but still provided an easier access point for when I pointed out an an injury in my right shoulder. It’s helpful to have a trainer that tailors the workout to where you want to see changes in your body. It’s much easier to change my lifestyle when I know what we’re working towards. :) More...

I trained with Rea for a year and my body did a complete 180 degree transformation. I was what you would call skinny fat. It took time but in year I grew a booty I never had and always wanted . I have been working out on my own on and off for years. I basically just did a lot of cardio and whatever workouts I saw on instagram. But I still could not get the results I wanted. after graduating college and starting a full time job, I unfortunately gained weight and lost muscle tone.
