Our a/c wasn't cooling down as it should have been and we needed to have it looked at before we had to leave on a trip. I contacted several listings on yelp for a quote and to make an appointment. The owner of RC got right back to me with a reasonable quote and we made an appointment. I then realized I couldn't make that appointment time and needed to reschedule. It was a very small time window. At first they didn't have any techs free that could come out but a little later got back to me and said they rearranged things so someone could come out the next morning. The tech, Lucan I think was there a little early even and took care of the problem quickly. He didn't have one part which he had to go get but came right back. He explained everything he was doing to my husband and gave him some good safety tips. Very friendly and professional. It was an expensive fix but as we found out could have been much worse if we had let it go. From our first contact with this company online to the actual service we were very pleased. When water started coming out of a secondary drain line and running down the side of our house, we knew we had a serious problem with our air conditioning system and needed to get someone out ASAP.  The response time was quick and the customer service was excellent.  Lukan, the trained professional that came out was very knowledgeable, provided some helpful tips and did an excellent job.  He was able to get our air conditioners back up in record time.  Something we really appreciated with the current heat.  We will definitely call them first the next time we need anything else done on our units. Summer is here in Southern California and with temps at 102 I decided to get my AC unit serviced before it goes out. I called RC Air Conditioning and Heating and spoke to Evelyn. I had some questions about the service so she said she would have a tech call me back. I received a call from Roy (the owner) within 5 minutes. He answered all my questions and said I would receive a call from the office to schedule an appointment. Evelyn called me back and scheduled a tech to service the unit the next day. Rc Air did a full air conditioning and furnace replacement after my other one burnt out. They were thorough and extremely professional and went above and beyond to make sure the new system worked well. I've had my air conditioner for 5 years and just now decided to get it serviced. I had RC Air come out and do a maintenance check before summer and they found a leak in the line and noticed the freon had leaked out and if i had ran my air it would have blown the motor.
