What makes a great website?
What makes a great website is the components necessary to engage its audience and encourage the visitor to making a commitment to connect through any means necessary including bookmarking, live chat, contact form, direct email or calling.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
We try to ask as many questions as we can to learn all we can about our clients, but the number 1 question we ask is, "what are you trying to accomplish in your business?" We also want to know, "what is troubling you and your business now?" And, "how much business can you truly handle?" We often ask other common questions regarding budget, timeline, required platforms to utilize for development or marketing aspects and what type of ROI they are expecting.
What do you love most about your job?
I love being able to create new solutions that clients have never considered before or implementing proven processes and solutions a client has not been able to acquire before. I enjoy the process of discovery of the client's family and business traditions. I thrive on being able to help businesses grow.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Really? You're going to ask me that? Ah, honestly, it was a spam mail. It was about a guy making money in his underwear. First, I thought it was gross, but then I thought, "hey, maybe I could do it in my boxers." So yeah, that's where it started way back in 1999. It took me more than a year to finally "figure it out." Once I did though, I made over $150,000 in sales in just 6 months at the age of 18. The following year, I enlisted in the US Navy and served until 2008. After being honorably discharged, I continued my knowledge of internet marketing and started my own business. It was actually named, "Texas SEO" before it became "Rank Above Others."
Why should our clients choose you?
Clients should choose me because I care for their well-being as much as I care about their success. Clients should choose me, because I offer more than stats and reports; I offer solutions that many others will have missed. I think outside-the-box and different from others, because my entire life was about solving the mysteries of survival. I'm a Vietnamese refugee that came to America at a very young age with a speaking and walking disability who was given less than 10% chance to survive birth. I have fought my way through life and refused to complain about the hardships I faced. Depression caused me to drop out of high school my senior year with a 4.25 GPA. I have no college degree but have built more businesses and generated more revenue than millions of people twice my age. Just 4 of my companies this year will generate more than $10 million a year. So I know a thing or two about generating sales and uncovering solutions others don't think about.
