Started his meter before he agreed to take us. It was at $9 when we got in the car. Scary driver! Was super late. Was super rude!! They were told how much luggage and number of adults and small children we had leaving the airport and they sent a hatchback car. It was barely big enough and the driver tried to refuse to take us and we had waited almost an hour for him to get there. Then he didn’t help with luggage, and we had 8 suitcases/bags. I asked him to help and he said no. With sleeping and crying young children, one mom and a Grandma you’d think he’d help with something. Nope! Wish I would have got his name and cab number!!! He should be fired!

Extremely disappointed. We made a reservation two days in advance for a pickup to the airport. At the time the cab was meant to arrive, we got a message that they couldn’t find a driver!!! What’s the point of making a reservation if they don’t plan for a driver to be available?!? And at that point, they couldn’t even tell us when someone would come. Absolutely ridiculous! So we contacted Lyft, and a very nice driver picked us up 5 minutes later. If taxi services want to complain about losing business to these other companies, they better pick up their game. This will be last time we ever use Radio Cab.

I cannot even believe how rude the service I just received was. I called a cab for my husband, received a text message about 5 minutes later saying that the cab was about 8 minutes away, then after checking the link again, it just kept telling me to “Please Wait”, so I waited about 20 minutes and called again, this is half an hour after the original call, and they tell me that there isn’t a cab coming and send another one, saying it should be about 15 minutes. Another half an hour later, the cab finally shows up and my husband is now late for work. So I call back to speak with the supervisor, not only about this incident, but also about trying to contact the lost and found department that I have been trying to contact for weeks and never seems to answer their phone or emails, then get denied this call. The supervisor denied my call. I’m not sure how else to get anything done with this company and it’s really irritating because I’ve been using this company for years and have never had a problem like this before.

I would normally give these guys five stars, and after today's experience that's the only reason I give them two. A "driver" picked me up, got pissed up and sped up when I asked him to slow down because he was driving 45 mph in a 30 mph zone, began berating and threatening me, pulled into my lot, slammed on the brakes, threw my bags of groceries out onto the pavement, and tried to back over me with the car. In front of three witnesses. Dispatch informed me there is "nothing they can do" until they "review the video footage tomorrow," transferred me to a "manager's" voicemail, and presumably allowed this maniac to stay behind the wheel for the rest of the shift. Unconscionable. Most of the time these guys are great, but one in ten needs to be arrested and prohibited from driving for life. "Patrick." Cab #137. I'm talking about you. Shame on you. Get some professional attention.

I'm the reason the other fares had to wait on hold, and I appreciate the time I received. The whole issue of scheduling a Friday rush-hour cab for a doctor appointment for my elderly father was discussed in some detail. The scheduler did let me know that other calls were backing-up, to gently move me along; but he was very considerate even while under that pressure. And that is pressure, because if you read these posts, a lot of folks get really torqued, hang up, and write a bad review if they are kept on hold!
So now I understand why they can't predict a set time for the cab's arrival, even if the order was placed 4 days in advance. Big "AHA!" moment. I changed the appointment to a Monday and called back to dispatch to change the date/time of pick ups. Excellent guidance to provide me as excellent a service as humanly possible. Thanks!
