Great fast casual place. Think delicious Greek food in a Chipotle-style restaurant. Customizable dishes in a nice environment. Food is always a hit, my significant other always come here about everyday. The reason why Im rating this location 4 stars is because the employees/ staff after 6 pm seem to be slacking in many ways. But benefit of the doubt, whoever is in charge of the location just needs to have consistency with the staff. Amazing food, any issues I ever had seemed to be actually taken care of. Rachels looks like a copycat of Chipotle just with Mediterranean food. Aside from the look though, the food here is delicious and a welcome alternative in the area. I used to be a Chipotle fan myself but after trying Rachel's I haven't been back, the food is like night and day between the 2 and Rachel's actually has flavor- alot if it. And with comparable prices you also get larger portions here and none of the attitude of the Chipotle staff. I know it's 2 different products, but as far as getting better service and larger portions of food with actual flavor, my money goes to Rachels. More...
