Qworks kitchen was inspected by the health Department today. You will be proud to know they scored 100%. I attend a weekly event catered by Qworks. It feels so good to know that their food is prepared in such an immaculate kitchen. My husband is one of those people that are hard to please. He tried Dave's pork in spicy sauce and he is still talking about it. We wish they would open a restuarant. The average number of Yelp reviews for a small catering business in the area is one review. We love Qworks! My husband and I got married at Rimrock Ranch a couple weeks ago. Qworks came highly recommended by the owner, Gwen. Our wedding planning was an 8-month process. No matter what it was - questions, tastings, etc. - Dave was always available and communicative on assisting me with whatever I needed. He even assisted us when we needed an item that had no salt for one of our family members. When we came to the Elk's Club to taste the food we had chosen, we got to meet the other owners. David went above and beyond to make sure that our Wedding Reception was a night to remember! The food was amazing, (pulled pork, pulled chicken, baked potato, green beans, and a salad). Even the peach cobbler was so delicious! Usually the bride and groom don't have a lot of time to eat, but we made sure that we got to enjoy a delicious plate of food before we started our party! Qworks put together a delicious and diverse barbecue spread for our wedding weekend. Nearly half of our guests went out of their way to let us know how delicious the dinner Qworks made was. On top of that, David and Randy were very personable and warm and made us feel like they sincerely appreciated our business. The Qworks truck and dinner was the perfect fit for our desert wedding and we feel very fortunate to have found them. On top of that, I had the bonus of previously getting to experience the full-pig luau Qworks cooked up for the Redlands Elk Lodge. Qworks rocked our wedding 10/14/17! From the very beginning to even after the wedding they did their part. Im still hearing how good the food was, days after the wedding. I will definitely use them again for future events and recommend them to family friends etc. We had tri tip, feta cranberry salad, bacon green beans, bread and butter and an amazing potato bar with all the fixings. The fed 150 people. Also I can't forget the peach cobbler with ice cream was a hit instead of wedding cake. Being the bride and groom and sticking to our wedding schedule unfortunately we didn't get to eat as much as we want. Here's where they would get more stars than 5 if yelp allowed it. Wow, I must say that again stronger WOW! This is/was the best BBQ meal I have eaten outside of Memphis. The food was over the top with flavor and the side dishes were wonderfully paired. Qworks catered a unique dinner for my book club. I asked for a theme based dinner. The book was Never Surrender a review of the 1939-1940 period as the European portion of World War II started and Winston Churchill returned to lead the British Empire. The staff designed an evening based on a book on what Churchill liked for dinner. Oh my goodness! QWorks BBQ food is amazing. Smoked. VERY flavorful. Juicy. We hired them for our daughter's wedding. They were wonderful ! They came on time, with food prepared and fabulous. We had so many compliments from our guests (and many took their cards for future bookings). The people of QWorks are so very nice and will work with you regarding any special needs. I have used Q-Works to cater our annual valentine's ball where we average 120-150 people in attendance and they have performed above expectation both times. The food is amazing, and received countless compliments from our guests. Atop that, there service is A+! I highly recommend them for any occasion. What’s your signature dish?
We have several Signature Dishes... Main Course would be Choice Tri Tip..Prime Rib.. Stuffed Pork Loin... Tuscany Chicken...Side Dish is our Cheesy Potatoes, Spring Mix Salad with Feta and Crans. Peach Cobbler for Dessert.
Starters would be Bacon Wrapped Bread Sticks, Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms or the Caprese Skewers.. Plus lots more.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We have created a menu of our favorites that is available via email. If you have a special request we are more than happy to consider it and prepare it.
What do you love most about your job?
The three owners have been cooking together for over 25 years. We have a Culinary Passion for what we do.. at the end of the day it is the complements we receive.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We are Sportsman that would shot at a local Gun Club here in the InlandEmpire. Randy the owner of the big BBQ brought it to the different events and that is where we learned to feed the masses. From there it grew into a passion and exciting business.
Why should our clients choose you?
The owners are involved in all facets of the business. We do all of the cooking, logistics, set up and presentation of food to your guests. Throughout the years we have maintained 5 Stars on Social media networks. We enjoy what we do and we use the highest quality of ingredients and food to your guest.

We do have the ability to cater remote locations with no facilities. Our support trailer will run off of generators that provide power to our refrigerator and lighting system.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
During the COVID-19 Pandemic we have established "No Touch" Catering for our Hot Buffet, Beverage Stations and Appetizers. This maintains 6 Feet from our employees to your guests. We do follow local and state Protocols and Regulations. Of course Gloves and Masks ?.
Buffet Service
We prefer to set up a buffet service with our attendants serving your guests. We do provide bussing service for an additional cost.
