We are very happy with the technicians we have had over the past 10 years being professional and helpful when addressing any questions concerns. The only issue we have come across is scheduling. A few times on 2017 we received a phone call about an upcoming scheduled service and no one came out to do the scheduled maintenance.. I have had Quik-Kill Pest Eliminators, Inc for almost 15 years. They do a fantastic job. Jim is the technician who takes care of my home and he does a very thorough job. Highly recommend. Their products outweigh the competition. I will NEVER recommend or have them back to my house to spray. Have carpenter ants and after 1 year and $1000 dollars I still have wood shavings. Did not do justice for the money we paid. Plus they came in August for a spray then I received a bill for $142. When I called on it that I paid at the beginning the replied " oh it automatically renewed!" I talked to the owner how more or less said to bad! Didn't you read contract Oh do you want me to come check it out?! NO you should have done that on the couple extra times I'd called to complain!!!! Oh ya and I was out today and got a call from them asking me to pay them some money! Save yourself the money and do it yourself. More...
