Taylor gave me a great haircut! The salon is more like a spa or a wellness retreat. I told my husband I wanted to live there haha.  He really appreciated that. ;) Taylor was really good at her job, but if you're looking for a stylist who is super talkative and outgoing, you may want to make an appointment with someone else there. I was fine with some quiet time (although I did fill awkward silences with awkward conversation). I'm looking forward to going back and trying out some of the other services they offer. And I love the smell and the quality of Aveda products!!! I bought a deep conditioner and I every time I use it, I feel pampered. Minus 1 star because I can't get on Taylor's schedule for color. Raven did a great job getting my son ready for his first day of 5th grade with an awesome new cut! He said he wants to keep going back to Mrs. Raven. It was our first time at Quattra Via. Everyone from reception desk to stylist took extra care to check ingredients due to an allergy. It gave us peace of mind. Thanks ladies! I saw Caroline for the first time last week for a consultation and she spent time discussing my hair color. She was genuinely caring and wanted me to have a great experience with her. Friday she did my color and cut and I am thrilled with the results she is probably the best hair cutter I have ever had in my life.  I am super picky and she took her time with detail.  She has me as a client for life. It says a lot about this salon that the owner reached out to me personally and seemed genuinely concerned about the disappointing experience I had. She listened, apologized, and handled it with grace and professionalism. Man alive! I love this place. A rough week had me walking in a bit.... disgruntled, lets say, and I walked out in a better mood. Everyone was beyond incredible, from front desk to the bathrooms, impeccably clean and fantastic service. And wow!! CARA!! She worked some magic! She changed my damaged, overgrown christmas-tree-shaped hair (im lucky if i can treat it at home with 2 kids, a full time job, working out, and some attempt to have adult friends) into a gorgeous, ready to go hair do that lets me still workout, still have length, but its no longer dead and unshaped. Excited for my next appointment. The hair treatment was worth it, but the incredible staff is the reason to come back. Raven does an outstanding job with my hair. I had ruined it and she has helped my nurse it back to health while helping me to look my best! She really understands that I like subtle changes and is an expert at mixing color. Ask for April! I don't get my hair cut as often as I should, but when I do, I want the very best. April is super sweet and is one of the "masters". I printed out a couple images of the kind of cut I wanted (brigitte bardot), and she gave me exactly what I asked for. I love my hair! I do not even know where to begin. If I could give this place 10 stars I would. I absolutely love the spa amenities which is the only services I come for to this salon. Felisha is the most amazing massage therapist I have ever experienced. She is such an amazing woman inside and out. I have never had a better service experience. I highly recommend her to anyone and everyone. I don't typically sign up for memberships but with her, I couldn't help it! I also treat myself to some facials and Kay is just as amazing. I've been a customer for years, and they still surprise me with the level of customer service.  This salon goes above-and-beyond to give you the best experience with hand massages, beverages of choice, and even touching. Up your lip gloss.  But today, when I realized I forgot to eat before my 1pm appointment, they suggested they could pick up my order from a nearby restaurant.  I hesitated, because this is just too much to ask, but finally relented after they insisted.  Most importantly, I continue to receive compliments on my hair cut/color, even after being a client for years.    If I could only give 10 stars... Without a doubt, this is a great salon and Cara is the best!I just moved here from and am a loyal Aveda customer.  I was going to another salon in Carlsbad, but my stylist moved so I was looking for another salon.  I am so happy that I went to Quattra and had Cara as my stylist!!  The salon is very beautiful, clean, and zen.  I loved the themes of water, fire, etc and all the quotes you can read while waiting for the color to set in.  Cara was just amazing!!  She knew exactly what to ask, was extremely friendly and funny, and gave a great hair cut and color. The cut was a great length and style, the color could not have been more perfect also. I love my salon! Aveda is such a good product line and I love that they use all Aveda products. I have been going here for over a year now, and have worked with several of the stylists. The owner and her staff are so kind and accommodating. Kaitlyn and Kristina are my main two artists because they do my beautiful hair extensions! They are both absolutely wonderful and they always do a fantastic job, I love them so much. My extensions always look so natural and I get tons of compliments. I have also had my hair dyed here, deep conditioned, styled, and cut. Never had a bad experience and I never will. I love being at this salon, it is so relaxing, clean, and beautiful. Everyone is so friendly and amazing, it is truly the only salon I trust 100% with my hair. Since I've been going here, my deeply damaged hair has grown several inches and I've noticed that it's become much more healthy. I'd def recommend this place to anyone looking for a great cut and experience. ---------------------------------------------------Just went to this salon for the first time to have a hair cut. Taylor took care of me and did a fantastic job!
