What makes a great website?
A great website is one that is first and foremost: functional. To be functional, a website must be easy for the customer to navigate and have clear call-to-action's and convert visitors at a high rate. Secondly, a website must look great. However, many people get too caught up in the design of a website, often going with trivial aspects that distract the visitor from the true purpose of the website. But we do know the importance of design here at Pure Marketing & Management, and we will work with you to create your perfect website, providing out expertise to make sure it is optimized and user-intuitive!
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
If you already have a site or any online presence, I need links to those sites.
Questions to answer:
What type of business are you looking to build a site for?
Is it a personal site? Or a blog?
Do you have any color preferences for your website?
Do you have a specifications? Or a site that you are inspired by or want something to be similar to?
Do you have any images you would like to include in your site?
Do you have any content you would like to include in your site? Would you like to write out the content yourself? We will consult on it's optimization if you do.
What email and phone number or other contact information would you like linked?
Do you have a short bio for yourself or your business for your about page? If not, I will need one to be written up.
Would you like more than the basic three page layout (which includes a home page, an about page and a contact page)?
Are you selling your products/services through your website?
What do you love most about your job?
I grew up in a small town and my work life started working for myself or for other small businesses. I love to help local businesses grow and feel personal pride when you succeed. Your success is my success!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I never truly felt comfortable working for other people. My dream has always been to work for myself, so I could live my dream, and not others. That is what I strive to do for my clients. I see myself as helping other people live their dreams. I feel truly fulfilled in my line of work.
