Jeannette was rude, inconsiderate. As a Manager I expected more professionalism from her. She failed to explain the details throughly to me when I asked direct questions for my reservations. Upon arrival for pick up for attending a wedding my guests and I noticed that The limo was dirty, seats were torn and covered with duct tape. The 1st driver was nice. The pick up driver "Barry" (brand new driver to us & different driver than the one that picked us up)never pulled up to greet me or my guests. He never knew the name of our party. The office failed to communicate any changed information to me. My guests and I had to find our limo (that the company decided to switched on us without notice) in a dark un-lighted parking lot. When these concerns were brought up to the Manager "Jeannette" attention instead of being apologetic she defended the behavior of her drivers. She over talked me (the customer) 90% of the conversation. Eventually she promised some accommodations but never complied to what she promise. I give this place no stars if I had that option. They FAILED! Go elsewhere, I promise you will get better service. More...

Used them for a bills game. Were VERY misleading in their quote to me. Offered me a quoted price + tip. Did not mention that the quote did not include tax. When I booked over the phone, I paid a security deposit, and they said the quote - deposit would be what I would owe a week before the date. Said they would send over an official invoice. I never received an actual invoice from them until I called the night before we were to be picked up and they finally emailed it over. Upon looking at the invoice I realized another $200+ was tacked on to the price I was quoted. I believe this was a misleading quote and any "add ons" to the quote should have specified. I feel like they lured me in with this low priced quote only to tack on the tax a few days before. I asked them if they would knock off the extra $75 added for an additional half hour, due to the misinformation on their part. The woman on the phone said she would talk to her Supervisor and get back to me - NEVER DID! I will not be using them in the future and advise others to get a clear breakdown of their quote in writing before committing to something. With all that said, our driver Barry was AWESOME!! We hired Pulse for a bachelorette/wine tour and the whole experience was great!  Lance, our driver was awesome, he was very nice and helpful and knowledgeable of where we were going.   The price was very reasonable in comparison to other services, we had no issues with the quote vs what we paid, in fact I was pleasantly surprised that they charged us exactly what she said the price would be, many times we have run into little hidden expenses that we didn't anticipate.  We have done many wine tours and have been really lucky to have great experiences and this was no different, from booking to drop off everything went as planned.   I think the only thing I can think of that we didn't like was that there were no cup holders for our glasses, which is incredibly minor!!!!    I would definitely recommend to others! I hired Pulse Limos for our wedding day and was given a quote via email of a specific amount plus gratuity. I had to call three times before I got ahold of someone to put down a deposit over the phone for our date-- and because it was so close to the date, they asked if I could pay the full amount (which I consented to).The week of the wedding (on Thursday, with the wedding being Sat) I call them once again to confirm because I'd heard zero info from them-- and was told that 'my payment hadn't processed so technically I hadn't paid a dime yet for my limo.' I was upset on the phone because I didn't want to be without a limo on my wedding day and having 2 days to find a new one wasn't feasible. The woman on the phone re-assured me, however, that they make calls on Thursday's and Friday's to confirm weekend reservations and they were 'still holding my limo regardless' which relieved one worry. I re-authorize the payment after asking the woman three times what amount she was charging my card. I check my online banking a few hours later and notice the amount I was charged was $150+ more than I was told.When I called Pulse Limos to ask about the price difference, the woman on the phone was completely rude to me. She stated that it was a 'standard fuel surcharge and taxes' added on and it 'is an industry standard for any company.' I responded that although they may be standard, my quote repeated to me over and over was a specific price plus gratuity with no other mention of any other surcharges. She became even more rude and told me that 'of course taxes and surcharges have to be charged, it's an industry standard.' I once again responded that the extra cost wasn't even the issue here, it was the fact I repeatedly asked what price my card would be charged and was not told accurately what the amount was. I was on a tight wedding budget and had the amounts for different vendors allotted accordingly-- charging my card a different amount without my consent was not only inconvenient but also illegal. I stated this, to which the woman responded she could refund the difference on the card between what I was told I was being charged and what I was actually charged, but that I would still owe that amount in cash on the day of the event. When asked to speak with a manager, she told me that she was one and that the owner wasn't around and that I was being unreasonable because 'once again, these are industry standards.' She responded that 'I wouldn't find a better price than theirs so don't bother looking' and that if I had to cancel, it was too close to the event so I would receive 0% of my money back. I felt stuck with this company so that I wouldn't lose any more money and not have a limo on my wedding day after already shelling out $1000+ for their services.The limo driver was pleasant, the bus was nice and they were timely. However, I was stressed from Thursday onward about them even showing up and felt incredibly disrespected by this company and their horrible customer service. I would NOT recommend them to any other bride because they were not upfront about their pricing and were difficult to reach on the phone. I have to comment on how absolutely pleased we are with the service we got on Wednesday when we used Pulse to go to a Concert in Buffalo! From the first phone call to the company to the moment we were dropped off, we were nothing but impressed.
