I have been going to both a therapist and psychiatrist here for a couple of months now and this is the perfect fit for me. Everyone is very nice and non judgmental. They have flexible appointments and I can easily make appointments every week if I need to. They actually care about the people they see, its not all about money. I never felt as if they were just throwing some medication at me, they actually are trying to help me improve myself. I have already recommended the place to multiple of my friends. I do recommend checking with your insurance to see if they are covered and what will be your out of pocket cost before making an appointment so there are no surprises. More...

It’s a very large office with many doctors and therapist that are all very well qualified and treat thier patients well. With the size being so large many people may complain about communication issues but I’ve not experienced this. I believe you need to do a bit of your own advocating to get results and pychbc has accommodated me very well for many years. I recommend this office to anyone seeking a continuity of serves all in one building with special attention to your specific needs. More...

Psych BC was the first place in Cincinnati (after going to numerous other therapists and doctors over the span of 3 years) that actually began to help me and properly diagnose me. Immediately I was paired with a great therapist, and shortly after I was properly diagnosed and began taking proper meds that actually worked (which was a first for me). Sometimes scheduling with my school schedule is difficult but they've been great about being flexible when I need it. My therapist and psychiatrist are extremely smart and progressive, and as a queer and non-binary person I feel completely accepted and understood. As for the other reviews...
