PSR Restoration has saved us twice-- two instances of water damage in two different houses. The first was fairly minor, and we didn't need a ton of help, so PSR handled just what we needed. The second was major, and they took care of everything start-to-finish including dealing with the insurance company and coordinating access to the condo with our renters. All I had to do was pick out new flooring. They were extremely kind and courteous. Knowing that I was stressed, they made me feel calm and in control. This cleaning service was amazing. We have a dog and we had some stains in the bedrooms and after the clean they are completely gone. The carpet looks brand new and it smells clean. Everything, from the second I called they were professional, and prompt. I placed my call at 7pm and they even tried to get here that night. My appointment was set for 10-12 in the am and at 9:30 I had a polite young man calling me to say he was on his way!!! I couldn’t be more happy!! Great price, great service, good people.
