I hired Callie to cook for a week in Key West for my customers. I can say she is the best chef I have ever hired to cook for my guests! We fished all week and she prepared our catch in amazing ways every night! The meals from appetizers to desert were fabulous. This review is long over due for what an incredible experience we had with Callie!!! She was more than our wedding angel. We got married last October at a home that we had rented out and did all of our planning from New Jersey over the phone and through email . Callie not only helped us put together our amazing menu but also ordered our chairs, tables, linens, flowers, dining ware... she basically put together everything but our guest list! She truly listened to our every need and desire. We allowed her to use her own creativity when choosing everything right down to the type of flowers and a color scheme! My husband and I were beyond impressed with her professionalism and also felt as though we were working with a long time friend! Her crew came right to the home and cooked our dinner fresh in front of us and there was plenty of left overs for the rest of our days there! There are not enough good words to say about Callie or the genuine people she has working with her! The entire production was flawless and I honestly can not wait for the day our paths meet again! I highly recommend Provisions of Key West! She was one of the biggest factors in making our wedding day perfect and I can never express how much gratitude we have for her for accomplishing just that! Superb! Chef Callie has a top notch resume and yet she is so warm, friendly and down to earth. She knows where to find the freshest ingredients on the island and prepares them in a way that is mind blowing. Callie donated a dinner for four to a local charity and we were lucky enough to be the top bidders on the silent auction..
She made us an awesome dinner with local seafood!
I was very impressed that even though she had donated the dinner she cut no corners and her meal was amazing..
She set a relaxing tone for our evening.. everything was perfect, we all had a great time. I would definitely tell anyone who asks to hire Provisions.

She too is wonderful and especially good with children who are curious about what is going on in the kitchen, what is for dinner, and whether they can help � Bottom line: the food is phenomenal and so is she. I was in Key West for a bachelorette party and I was in charge of planning dinner for 12 girls on the final night of our 4 day trip. Chef Callie was amazing, she was easy to work with and made lots of suggestions when I talked a bit about the type of dinner I had in mind. She made us the most delicious, laid back Cuban dinner and dropped it all off for us to eat at our leisure. We had fresh guacamole with chips and plantain chips, a delicious salad, Cuban mojo pork, pickled red onion, yellow rice with peas, and seasoned black beans. To top it off, we had amazing chocolate caramel brownies with coconut ice cream for dessert! For the vegetarians in our party, she made sure the salad was hearty and made the black beans without meat. All 12 people were happy and full! Chef Callie was so friendly and accommodating, it was great that she offered a variety of service options such as meal drop off (which we chose), full service on site preparation and clean up, and even stocking your fridge before you arrive. When my family & I were planning our KW trip, we were debating on dining out every night or have some sort of catering provided to us. We began our Personal Chef search via Google, Craigslist, and then remembered good ole Yelp! The question is, what is there not to say about Provisions of Key West!...you can be as formal or as informal as you can choose. We chose the latter Come to find out, Callie was my hubby's long lost aunt LOL She immediately became part of the family as well as her staff. If you don't have a preference in food, Chef's is the BEST way to go. Callie will not steer you wrong everything is done from scratch which was a huge plus for us!Our fondest memories besides her company was her Mango Salsa & dessert...both Caramel Brownies and Key Lime Pie is to die for! But of course, anything Chef Callie makes for you will probably be the best you've ever had.It's worth it to just head down to the Keys solely for Callie's cooking! We'll definitely be calling Auntie Callie again very soon More...

Chef Callie made for the best vacation for me and my girlfriends - hassle free and filled with wonderful food! We arrived to a fully stocked fridge, replete with all of our favorite treats and drinks. Her team even made sure the bathrooms were well-stocked...full service! The meals she prepared were fresh, creative, and elegant. Her desserts were also amazing - wanting more of her chocolate cake as I write this. Chef Callie Morehouse eased my pain! I had many family visiting and was frazzled.  Her provision service stocked my guests with all their favorite snacks and drinks.  Then she made the most fantastic meal ever! Instead of finding a restaurant to cater to everyones special dietary needs Callie came up with a menu that suited everyone.  Her team came in. set up everything, tables, chairs candles ect.  She was so warm and personable.
