I’ve been a member for one year now and I love this place. All of the coaches are always cheering you on and everyone there is so friendly. I’ve gotten stronger and even started cross fit. I love this gym and especially my awesome trainer Lexi. I’ve never done CrossFit and she helped all the way thru an amazing workout. Visited Project Fitness while on a quick trip to Vegas to see some friends. Was met by an extremely welcoming staff offering us coffee and meals.
The warm up was very fun and engaging and broke the monotony of normal bear crawls, lunge hip openers etc.
Took two classes because in an awesome format they do a strength style class then a conditioning style class. Super pleased with the instruction and programming!!!!
