Helping small business owners have access to accurate financial statements at an affordable cost, advising our customers on how to get the most profit our of their companies, helping lighten the burden of being a business owner by taking over the bookkeeping and accounting functions.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Profit Matters Bookkeeping was created when two entrepreneurs realized there was a need for business owners to ensure their financial statements were accurate at the end of each month. Most small businesses use administrative staff to enter bills, write checks, and make deposits. Often times, these staff members are generalists and the overall integrity of the financial statements are questionable. Not to mention, your CPA spends hours at the end of each year correcting errors and entering your month end adjustments, costing you a lot of money.
