I have been working with Debbie for the last six months and have a medical practice. What do you love most about your job?
Working with individuals and people within organizations brings challenges and results, and the ability, and responsibility, to engage, share, and hold accountable, make for an enjoyable experience each day...whether it is in Florida or elsewhere!
What inspired you to start your own business?
Combining my business acumen from 14 years of experience in sales, training, regional and national leadership, at General Motors and the coaching and teaming experience during 11 of those 14 years being a Dale Carnegie Training Instructor, made for a terrific combination to offer clients. I was inspired by the requests of others asking for further guidance and assistance in life and business, and based on my background, experience, confidence and positioning, decided to make the change to entrepreneurship in 2006.
