We used Preferred Maintenance for a move-out cleaning after we sold and moved out of our home. The company was recommended to us by our real estate agent, and what a fabulous recommendation it was. They did such a fantastic job cleaning our home that the new owners actually called us upon moving in, to thank us for what we did for them by having Preferred Maintenance come in.
