Awesome service! I purchased a move-out cleaning for my 3600 sq ft home that I am selling. Maids came in, wearing masks and gloves while practicing social distancing, and worked incredibly hard. Scrubbing, dusting, mopping, vacuuming, polishing when requested, etc. House looks immaculate and is now ready for an open house and viewings. I have used Prairie Maids for nearly 2 months now for weekly cleanings. They come while I'm away for work, and so far their service has been very good. When I return home my house is far more relaxing than the state I leave it in. They've even left me a bubble bath soap with a note saying, "To help wash the stress away", after I told them about how I was ordering a maid service to help take some stress off my plate! More...

How long have you been in business?
We have been in business since 2005. All together, our maids have a combined 70 years of paid cleaning experience. Each maid has a minimum of 3 years of paid cleaning experience.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
Yes, we bring our own cleaning supplies to ensure we deliver a consistent experience to our clients.
What do you love most about your job?
The satisfaction and surprise of our customers when they see how clean their home can actually be. That's honestly the best part! We've had so many one-time cleaning requests turn into recurring customers and it feels good to make a connection. That people trust us with their homes means a lot.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Prairie Maids was founded in reaction to 2 crucial problems.
1.) The frustrating process of hiring a cleaner for our own home. Lack of online booking, missed appointments, lazy cleanings, unreturned phone calls, and disappointing customer service.
2.) The dismal pay of our friends and family who have worked tirelessly for years to clean homes and offices.
Our first promise is that we will always deliver the best cleaning experience in the business. If you are disappointed with our work, we will do everything in our power to make it right.
Our second promise is that our cleaners will always be fairly compensated for each cleaning.
Why should our clients choose you?
Our core belief is that a clean home is a happier home. Our cleaners don't just clean homes for a living, they clean homes because they believe their work makes a difference in the lives of our clients.
