I first had Pot & Paddle when they first opened- the owners were kind in bringing over samples for my staff & I, and everything they brought over was delicious. I try to not eat out often for lunch (saving $ where I can), but today I decided to treat myself to gumbo & trimmings because of the rain. Sarah (employee) has recommended multiple menu items, including their gumbo (and I'm glad she did!) The gumbo was not what I'm used to- it's lighter than the dark gumbo I grew up loving. I needed to feed around 10 guys today for a safety training and decided to try this out. I have to say, it was FANTASTIC!!
