At first I was a bit skeptical because the entire balance was required up front to reserve my booking date. But, I quickly brushed it off. The customer service is A+++!!! I was really pleased; my guests had a blast! It was definitely the life of the party. Unlike most photo booths you choose your photo background within the machine...SUPER COOL!
