Pop's casino parties and events

BEWARE!!! STAY FAR FAR AWAY. Bill is a scammer and a LIAR . We booked him months in advance for our corporate christmas party and spoke to him a handful of times leading up to the event to discuss planning and timeline. 2 weeks before the event we started trying to get ahold of him to settle our invoice and get one last confirmation. He completely ghosted us. We called (no answer- left a voicemail each time) and emailed every day for 2 weeks. The day before the event, we saw the other negative review on here saying he ghosted them in a similar manner and did not show up to the event. So we started scrambling and panicking to find a replacement. We paid thousands of dollars for this event and the Craps table and dealers was the only entertainment we had planned. This selfish man could have single handedly ruined our party. We ended up finding another casino company (after hours of calling every company in town and begging and pleading) that is going to be able to come last minute-- praise God! But we could have easily not been so lucky and this liar could have been responsible for ruining our party (that we have worked very hard on to reward our employees who have worked their butts off this year).

Bill had the NERVE to email us the morning of the event with a lie that he got into a car crash the night before and it "damaged" some of the tables, so he "can't make our event" - ON THE DAY OF. If this was true, why hadn't he returned any of our emails/calls in the past 2 weeks? Also interesting that he couldn't make an event the week prior because his dealers were "sick". What other lie is he going to tell his next victim?

When calling all of the casino companies in the area, multiple of them said that they have received more than a handful of calls this christmas season of people panicking from the SAME company ghosting them. This company is a scam and should be avoided at all costs. More...

Hello. I came here to ask rather than a comment. My friends and I were in Britain relatively recently. We went there for our friend's wedding. We spent the bachelor party at the casino, it was a lot of fun. And since we arrived home, my friends and I want to have a similar party. Fast, Friendly and Cost effective! These dealers were amazing. We used Pop's Blackjack and Roulette tables at a High School Prom. They were perfect. Who says you can't have it all.
