Pomeroy Farm's pumpkin patch is a wonderful little place to take the family on a fall afternoon! The people working the event are all very friendly, the venue is beautiful and it's not super busy like some other big attractions. Definitely keeping this place on my list of places to go back to. I enjoyed our Anne of Green Gables mother daughters tea we went to. No it was not all women!!! Lol but it was extremely nicely decorated with a ton of Anne memorabilia. .. We arrived and were immediately seated at s nicely decorated thematic table. Tea was brought out immediately. Both orange spice and black teas. Cream and sugar easily available. I saw clotted cream and jams. I was excited but the clotted cream was light and fluffy and not sweet but tasty still on the warm scones. The tasty bites were nice and also themed. They were bites... not a luncheon or great portion... definitely not what i'm used to for teas. But I bet the price was less than im used to as well... my sister bought the tickets so I don't know. Everyone was extremely nice and friendly. There's a quaint historic home next door that you're able to go walk through. Overall a good experience... we had a very nice time!!! More...

The hayride through pumpkin lane is always a treat. You pay by size of pumpkin and they have staged the fields as such this year. ..something new and not done before if my memory is correct. But the games and animals are always a treat. More...

My hubby and I visited Pumpkin Lane on Sunday with my 20 month old. It was so much fun! We got there early and were able to get on the first tractor ride out the the pumpkin patch, where it only took us about 5 minutes to pick 5 pumpkins, they were really nice pumpkins. I thought the price was good, we had a huge pumpkin, a pretty white pumpkin, and 3 others for $18.50. It was $6 for each adult entry, which included the mile long tractor ride through the farm that was really fun and cute, lots of games, live music, mini hay maze (for kids) and we were able to feed the goats and chickens. They also had 2 food trucks set-up and a covered area to eat at. I was very impressed with the set-up and believe we have found a new tradition. Highly recommend! More...
