Nigel was very knowledgeable and friendly. He asked questions to ensure no pets, no people gets to the treated area during he's working and then he carefully spray the treatment in our front and back yard. I am SO happy that we ended up going with Pointe Pest Control to solve our ant problems. This is mine and my husbands first time owning a home, thus our first time having to search for a company to help with our pest problem, and they made it easy from the first conversation with them, and on. They sent one of their professionals, Carlos J., out to evaluate and treat our property, and he was absolutely fantastic. He was extremely professional, nice, and informative about everything he was doing from start to finish. He clearly knew what he was doing, and even educated me along the way about where these ants were coming from, and why. He found the source of our ant problem, and took care of it all inside of a half hour. He asked great questions to figure out what other potential pest problems we might have in the future, such as with tic, fleas, and mosquitos, and told us about the services they offer to help with those summer pests as well. Daewoong was the technician that performed our initial pest treatment today. He was courteous, helpful and extremely accommodating. He listened to our ant concern in the foyer and basement area, addressed the issue quickly before completing the exterior service. His attention to detail and work ethic is rare in this day and age, and it is refreshing to see a young person that takes so much pride in his job. Moises came to our house and after introducing himself, immediately put his shoe covers on his shoes. He pulled up the contract and reviewed his responsibilities. After a quick tour of the inside and outside of the house, Moises reentered and went straight to work. After completing everything, Moises again went over everything he had done and told me to contact the office or him if anything else needed to be done. Jacob and his partner arrived here in the pouring rain. While Jacob worked inside spraying for spiders, his partner was outside getting rid of webs and laying down a granular substance around the foundation that is activated by the rain to provide a barrier against spiders entering. Great experience with Pointe on their first visit. They came within the first day of calling them. Ryan was super thorough in finding and filling holes where mice could potentially be getting into our home. I've had two other "exterminators" come out and they only did a visual inspection of the perimeter. Ryan got his hands under the entire siding and found at least 5-6 potential entry points and filled them with mesh. Happy thus far. More...

Hi, I want to let u know that I just love my technician Jesse!! He is so very helpful in all areas. You can ask any questions about bugs or anything pertaining to your house and he has the answer. He has to work around my crazy schedule and he does it without any question. I ask him to do special spraying around certain trees with ants in it and no questions asked. .He is always a happy person with a smile on his face no matter what the situation. Have been a customer for over 4 years, always get to us right away and are here when they say they will be. Any pest issues are dealt with both inside and outside the home until any pest problem is resolved. Pointe Pest takes extra care especially if there are pets (we had senior cats until recently) and children in the home (we have a 6 month old). We had our first visit in Sept 2017, which ended a late summer ant infestation. There was a second visit late winter, and the third quarterly visit yesterday. So far the service seems to have been effective--noticeably fewer signs of the annual spring return of ants. Will wait to see how things go in the summer before adding a 5th star.
