The store seemed pretty well kept really, they purchased some used items and paid pretty decent. Staff was friendly though maybe a little over worked at the time however he still managed to get me all checked out fairly quick. Great service all around!

Called at 6:30PM on Thursday, 7/11/19 looking for a stationery bike. I spoke with Jordan for less than 5 minutes, and he picked out and set aside for me the exact bike I was looking to purchase. I arrived at the store at 7:30PM, tested it out, and he and another employee changed the batteries for the perfornance display, and showed me how that worked! I paid, Jordan and the other employee loaded my new bike in my car, and I was on my way home with it by 7:45PM. The perfect bike, the perfect price, and most important - PERFECT customer service!!! Very nice to deal with...took a variety of items in to see if they could buy & although he was only able to buy one of the many things id brought in, but let me know that theyd take the remaining items in april. My kids love going here. They love to just look around and dream, but we usually go here to get cleats or shin guards or other necessary things for sports they are playing. Employees always seem friendly.

Large assortment of gently used sports equipment and new. I mainly shop for disc golf discs but I always do a walk around. The only con ,if I could call it that, is their parking lot can be hard to get out of during busy traffic hours. Pros would be great prices when buying and fair trade in/selling rates. The customer service here is great and the employees really seem to know their equipment. Unfortunately, as with any resell store like this, you'll find that the equipment you're looking for may not be available. I have run into this many times. I have been able to find almost everything my daughter needed for her softball season here, including batting gloves (new), mitt (used but in great shape), cleats (like new but an amazing deal!), and a brand new bat. Their used shoe collection is really good; especially in children's sizes, and the prices for these are very fair. More...

I was pretty eager to come here, yet a bit reluctant to spend my $50 visa gift card. I really wanted to purchase a barbell and weights, and let's face it. I'm a weight lifting noob. I didn't really know what I needed, but I didn't want to purchase a piece of plastic at Wally World. Really, each thing didn't seem like much- The bar (being a really heavy duty, old-school looking, ole reliable bar) was only like $20. The weights were used, and I think it's like 50cents per pound (I was told by a friend- $2/pound new, 50cents, used). $50 goes quickly! But I stocked up.At first glance when walking in, I kept looking at the wall, thinking the gear would be with the exercise stuff. I didn't see any barbells hanging on the wall. I started to get a bit upset, but I found the weights and such in the middle, just before giving up. The PIAS employee never once helped me until I carried my barbell and weights to the counter. Thanks, dude. Thanks for all your assistance in my purchase. Can't say ALL the prices are totally price-saving, but some definitely are, and it was good to step into one of these stores for the first time in ages. I found what I needed, though, so good job.
