Where do I start? First of all, I went to Jeni specifically because of all the other awesome reviews her previous clients left her - and while I also thought her work was amazing, I was more concerned with how comfortable I would be during the shoot (I was doing a Boudoir shoot). After all, you can have the most amazing photographer ever but if YOU are not comfortable with them, then your awkward sauce will read through those photos regardless. So, for me comfort and the overall vibe I had with my photographer of choice was key since I was going to be spending half the day naked with them! Jeni did not disappoint! From the start, she was extremely professional (but not in that cold or extreme way) and she was friendly and easy to warm up to. The whole experience felt like I was working with someone who was a close friend of mine instead of a stranger. She was very prompt with answering any of my questions and was also very receptive to any ideas that I had which I loved! We worked together to come up with the general vibe I was hoping to achieve with my session and she guided me on what outfits would work with it as well as any other little tips and tricks like how I should do my hair and makeup so that it reads well on camera. She offers hair & makeup services but I opted out since I’m very comfortable with doing my own. When shooting day finally came, I could literally feel the buzz of all her fun energy! She had mimosas set up and an awesome Pandora station (Booty Bouncers Mix to be specific) playing to help me get in the groove. We chatted a bit and I showed her some last minute ideas that I wanted to try and re-create from Pinterest (which one of those photos turned out to be my absolute favorite) and then we got started! I cannot stress enough how comfortable and at ease Jeni makes you feel. The whole time she provided guidance on how to pose and her direction was very easy to take! After all, I'm no model so this was all new to me. And more importantly, she is honest! We tried to re-create this one shot that I found on Pinterest and while the model looked absolutely amazing, my body just was NOT built to pose that way – and Jeni (already knowing my personality so well at this point) took a few pictures and instantly looked at me and said “you’re gonna hate this…” Sure enough – I immediately screamed “delete it!” And started bursting with laughter. She was right! That kind of trust is essential with your photographer and she truly does want you to not only feel, but look your absolute best which I appreciated so much! Aside from that little hell no moment, she made sure to get a huge variety of poses in each of the outfits that I brought so there was never the issue of picking multiple photos that all look alike – in fact narrowing my choices down was the hardest part because I literally loved everything!! It was so much fun working with her that by the time my session was over I was so sad because I didn't want to leave. If she would've let me, I would've stayed there all day. Plain and simple: if you’re looking for an amazingly talented, personable, down-to-earth, energetic and professional photographer - then look no further because Jeni is your girl! I know I will absolutely be a return customer someday!! The day after my fiancé proposed, I was emailing Jeni to discuss shooting our wedding due to seeing many of the photos that she had done for my best friend's maternity and newborn shoots and was impressed with the artistry and quality. Jeni and I met for our consultation meeting and I knew that I didn't need to research any further.

One year later, my wedding day was finally here. Jeni and her assistant were unbelievable to work with. The eye she has to capture the most stunning photos is what really sets her apart from others in her field. It was so hard to choose the 100 photos for the album. I can not wait to receive the finished product!

I am so looking forward to the day that I can call up Pixel Perfect Weddings and book a maternity shoot. I know it will be just as fun to work with Jeni then as it was on my big day � More...

Wow! Blown Away!

We knew we needed PixelPerfect Weddings for our wedding photographer from the moment we started planning. Jeni was the first email we sent and the first vendor we booked. Her photography is well known in our area for being the best and most creative- we couldn’t chance not having her team capture our day.

Although we knew we’d get amazing photos, we were absolutely blown away when we saw our sneak peak! With just the first photo shown we had people calling, texting, etc telling us how unbelievable just ONE of PixelPerfect Wedding’s photos of our day was.
Aside from the obvious talent of Jeni and her team when it comes to editing and creativity, our photographers, Ashley & Ed, were so incredibly helpful throughout our day. Ashley kept me level headed, Ed held my bouquet, my water, etc anytime i needed and kept us on track with getting all of the shots. They were both up for anything and so much fun! They interacted with guests and then, when needed, put on their boss hats and went to work.
We are so grateful for the PixelPerfect Weddings team- everyone went above and beyond for us from the very first meeting with Jeni, to capturing our day and celebrating with us, and finally putting those final touches on in editing to create the most dreamy collection of wedding photos just for us!
