Phoenix Central Therapy

I have had multiple massages from therapists all across the valley. I am happy to claim Phoenix Central Therapy (PCT) as my favorite place to heal. My reasoning stems from the personal touch and care into healing the therapists emphasize. Typically, you are told to drink water, stretch and out the door you go short another $60-$100 depending on where you go. At PCT I was not just told to do all of those things but they actually provided water, helped me with those stretches and also feature a variety of therapeutic products available for purchase designed to increase the healing. Hands down best massage I have ever received. I have chronic back pain and never before have I felt so pain free after a massage. She really knows how to find and work out the knots. Amanda is the best massage therapist in Arizona! Have not had a better massage in the Glendale Phoenix area. Anyone in need of a relaxing muscle relieving massage go to Phoenix Central Therapy and pick a couple of the "O" bombs for your bath while you are there!

I was happy to have met Amanda at Phoenix Central Therapy because many of the massages I have received since moving to AZ have not gotten in the areas needed for relief. Finally, I have met someone that can find the knots and get them out. Her knowledge of the body and anatomy is on point. Amanda Ong is a very good listener and you can tell she genuinely cares about your well being. My hands were numb before I got in to see her. She found many problematic areas and I left with circulation throughout my body, my hands weren't numb anymore and I got one of her fabulous bath bombs to soak in to continue the therapy at home. I called Amanda to see if she could see me for a deep tissue massage for pain from an auto injury and she worked magic on my body! I asked for a last minute appointment and she accommodated my request with no problems at all. Less than 20 minutes later and I was in massage heaven. She did great deep tissue without just pressing on me with all elbows (my pet peeve). She also worked different massage techniques into the session so I got tons of pressure in all of the right areas, stretches, and more. She found areas of knots throughout my body that most therapists miss. I did a 2-hour massage with her but it was so great it felt like it was only 30 minutes....I wanted more!
