I came across Peter's fitness center from yelp about two months ago and gave it a shot. I am so thankful that I gave it a shot. I have been going about 2 times a week for last 2 months and I feel like I have already changed myself so much. He is not only a good trainer, but a good person overall. I like his one on one approach on training. He devotes his time 100% and prepares for each session in advance. He pushes you in each session to the right limit. The gym is super clean, new and fully equipped. Peter charges the right amount and does not ask for long commitments like some of the big gyms do. He also accommodates the best to your schedule. Overall Peter is an outstanding trainer. I would highly recommend that you get out of your comfort zone and give it a shot. More...

I've been coming here for a few weeks now and I love it.This is one of the times that Yelp reviews haven't let me down when I was looking for something. Everything you read in all of P-Mo's glowing reviews is all true. He doesn't BS you, he charges a fair price, is an excellent trainer, and is an all around great guy. I really appreciate all of his hard work and kindness.He tailors every work out so that it's specifically for each client and you will get the best work out for your body type and fitness goals. So if you want to maintain, or have a big goal, this is the perfect place to come. It's a small studio, but it has everything you need or would use at a big gym like UFC or 24 Hour Fitness. I also like it because you get personal training without having to pay extra for a separate gym membership.And P-Mo is especially great because he gives you all of his focus during your work out. It's literally one on one and there is no one else in the studio while you're in there to do your workout. He locks the door and everything so there are no random people who walk in and try to work out or be nosey while you're trying to focus. I think that personal touch is especially great because there are a lot of people who don't like going to the gym, even with a trainer because they're insecure and think that other people in the gym are staring at them.Would definitely recommend checking here to see if this is the right fit for you before you go anywhere else to work out. I couldn't be happier with my decision to start training with Peter. I've had some poor experiences with trainers in the past and I was hesitant to sink in the time and effort into another trainer. I am so glad that I did. I feel like I am getting so much out of my workouts, and I'm doing things I didn't even know I was capable of. It's been an exciting and empowering experience. Can't recommend Peter Moe fitness enough.  Came across through yelp and could not be happier.  From the first time you interact with Peter it will be very clear that this man is passionate about his craft.  Going to the gym can be an intimidating event-especially the first time or after not going for a long time.  When you go to Peter Moe you will be at ease, while at the same time-getting your you know what kicked.  All of his equipment is new and clean.  Outstanding trainer and outstanding workout--highly recommend. I've been working out with Peter since April of this year. He is very knowledgeable and also considerate of any issues that you may have while doing your workout. I was very impressed with that because I'm in my 60's and not in the greatest shape. The past few months I know that I'm a lot stronger and thru Peter's encouragement and challenging me to keep going! I have been able to keep doing harder workouts each week! I am so thankful I found Peter! I have been getting training sessions for Peter about 2x a week for the last 2+ months, and I couldn't be more pleased. Peter runs a really clean gym, from the equipment to the space itself. Peter is encouraging, authentic, and will never try to up-sell you stuff (like they do at so many of the other training gyms in Corona!!) - you literally go in, work your ass off, and go home excited to come back for more. I can tell he puts a lot of time and energy into creating workouts that work for ME. I have cartilage loss in both my knees, and before coming to Peter, I had given up being able to do simple things, like squatting. It just hurt way too much. I had tried physical therapy (through Kaiser, it was a joke), and was feeling so frustrated with my body, and just...limited. Working out with Peter I've been able to do SO many exercises I did not think I could even do anymore, and I've woken up core muscles that I haven't used in forever. I love coming to sessions. Even when I'm exhausted from a long day at work, having a session just always feels like the best self care, and the hour really is so rewarding. And I truly can't say enough positive things about Peter. No body shaming. No bs. He's just a kind, very talented person, who is passionate about helping you live your best, healthiest life. I was always intimidated of the idea of working out as I had no idea where to even start but having a family history of high blood pressure and cholesterol (among other things), I knew how important fitness and lifestyle changes were to your health. That's were came Peter came in. Since I started going to him, he has really helped me develop a better mindset towards fitness and nutrition. After all, it's not all about cardio people! :P He's not just a personal trainer but rather more like a lifestyle coach and educator. He's incredibly supportive and encourages his clients in any way that he can. Just by talking to him, you can tell how passionate he is about what he does and the clients he trains. He emphasizes the idea that it isn't just about looking great physically but also about feeling great about your body and the lifestyle adjustments that will have a positive impact on your health.As a nurse, I have a deep appreciation for people who uses science to back up what they do and Peter is one who takes time to effectively and skillfully plan each and every one of his client's workouts towards evidence-based fitness - something not all trainers know how to do. And I love that he enforces safe and proper body form and mechanics, which is important in making sure you don't hurt yourself while working out.Peter is a one-of-a kind trainer. This man is literally the best personal trainer ever. I realize a lot of people think that about their trainers, and they may be right, but if they ever worked with Peter they would add him to that list. He cares so much about your health and getting you to work smarter, not harder. He gives you exactly what you need, whether you realized it or not.Being that I'm a healthcare provider, talking to people about exercise comes up almost every day, and even though I had a good base of knowledge before, Peter vastly expanded that and helped me share that. Peter is a one of kind trainer and has the experience and patience to really customize your ideal training experience. He's taken my initial goals and really created a training program that kicks my butt, motivates me and gives me an education to really make those long-term life adjustments. Just in these initial 2 months I've seen and felt physical changes that were unrealized, and I'm feeling healthier than ever. My husband and I are in our 60s and have not paid attention to exercise for a long time.  We decided to focus on our health and started by looking for a trainer who had the expertise to work around my husband's back issues.  We found Peter through Yelp and can't believe our good luck.  From session 1, Peter focused on starting our exercise routine slowly and carefully.  He also helped us improve our diet with some key information that has already paid dividends for us.  In less than 2 months, we are both exercising at a level that has surprised us.  Peter has also made a point of giving us exercises that we can do at home and that my husband can do while he is working.  My husband has had no problems with his back since we started working out with Peter.  We really enjoy and look forward to our sessions knowing that we are making strides in improving our health.  We highly recommend Peter to anyone and everyone.  You won't be disappointed. He commits himself to researching best practices in exercise and nutrition, to provide the highest quality training for his clients. Since working out with him, I understand so much more about the different muscle groups in my body, and how what I eat affects my body and my fitness goals. Aside from Peter's expertise as an amazing trainer, I appreciate his motivational style. He has a kind, warm personality, and is able to motivate and push me to my personal best in a non-intimidating way. I also appreciate that he values long-term health and fitness, not just "quick fixes". Peter has been working my daughter out for a little over 6 months.  She's not over weight but definitely needed to trim up and add some muscle in the areas that women pay big bucks $$$$$$ to surgically inhance. Especially in those areas I've seen a huge difference without needed to see a surgeon just some dedication & positive motivation! I can honestly say that in the last few months I've seen a huge difference in her physical appearance ! I'm asian, so I have no filter , I say it the way it is EVEN IF it hurts my own ( adult) child. Peters reviewI've been going to Peter for a few years now. He's taught me everything I need to know about weight training, and nutrition. We've worked through many types of workout routines, some worked, some didn't and that's the luxury of having Peter as a trainer; he'll do his homework until he finds a plan that works.  During our sessions I get the opportunity  to really learn and ask questions about each exercise or workout. Peter takes the time to explain the purpose of why we do what we do. I completely trust him; he's never let me down. I'm a stronger, fit woman because of him. When I first started I couldn't do half the exercises or workouts but he was patient and if this makes sense, over time, he gently pushed me hard enough to get results.  He's got a sweet soul and a kind spirit and I'm extremely blessed that God placed him in my life as a trainer. Peter is amazing.  I can't say enough good things about Peter Moe Fitness. The moment you meet him you will feel comfortable. Typically when you think about a personal trainer, you think intimidation and up selling, nothing could be further from the truth with Peter.  He pushes you when you need to be pushed and encourages you when you need that extra motivation. I've been a client of Peter's since September 2012, when I decided to start working out in order to get fit for my upcoming wedding. With Peter's help and guidance, not only did I look wonderful in my dress, but since then I have increased my endurance, built muscle, and have a much healthier cardiovascular system!
