What do you love most about your job?
The most rewarding part of my work as a coach is to make a difference in the lives of other people. While I had a very successful corporate career, I found recently that you can be successful but not being significant. Significance to me is when you live a footprint in the lives of other people. That is why I love coaching.
What inspired you to start your own business?
When I noticed I've been working for 25 years non stop, I realized that continuing with that life was not going to be the way I could have a positive impact on others. I learned about the difference between success and significance. Success was about me, significance is about your legacy, what other people will say about you when you die. To me, coaching and speaking is a way I can leave a legacy in this world.

I have a unique blend of great experience on the corporate world and great coaching skills. I can incorporate a number of resources to my work on financial discipline, relationships, communication, More importantly, I work with the assumption that the people that I coach has greatness on them. I just help them to find a way to develop it. I am also able to work both in English and Spanish.
