Personal Training And You provides Private One-on-One Personal Training Services. I have a studio gym where I train clients and I also will travel to a client's home if needed/wanted. I have over 20 years experience and in those years, I have helped many clients meet and maintain their fitness goals. I specialize in Strength Training Programming. In addition, I do consulting for those clients who wish to learn the basics of Strength Training, and take that knowledge and customized program to either their gym or their home to perform.

I help clients achieve their goals by listening to their health and fitness goals as well as their health and fitness history. Then, together, we break down those goals into simple steps to come up with a realistic plan to work towards achieving those goals.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Hard work and consistency over time. Sorry, there are no shortcuts. But the proper program and coaching ensure success. I can provide that for clients.
What do you love most about your job?
What I love most about my job is seeing the transformation in people from when they start training to when they figure out they CAN change and create positive habits and work toward their goals and THEY see the payoff of their hard work.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I started my own business for flexibility in schedule to meet the needs of my clients.
