We hired Personal Touch Limousines for my daughter  and her friends high school Prom and they did a fantastic job They  wore 19 graduates in an amazing Party Bus as happy as they could be with music and flashing lights . The vehicle was spotless ,(looking like new)  with available cold drinks .Our driver Philip  Garzone arrive 1 hour early and call to let us know that he was at the pick up place . We hired Personal Touch Limousines for our company holiday party and they did not disappoint! Booking was easy, and they gave me the best quote of anyone. When our plans shifted, they were easily able to accommodate us with a different vehicle - no hassle. On the night of the event, our driver, Joe, arrived 20 minutes early in our 20-person party bus, which was clean and perfectly suited for our needs. The complimentary drinks, champagne, and cups were a nice touch. The sound system worked well and we were partying before we knew it! I had personal touch limos provide a party bus for my wedding on May 27, 2017. I was amazed by the amount of care and accommodation that our driver Phil gave us. He did everything from helping us pick a new spot for pictures to holding my gown up which had an 18 ft train on it. What can I say.....from the first phone call the gentleman, Joey , said Happy Holidays. He was so nice on the phone....he explained the cars he had available. We gave me so much detail. Called him back a few days later. Again great customer service. Called once in a m & once in p m . Same friendly tone. I booked a beautiful limousine fully loaded with lights, radio Hook up to phone , champagne ,soda, water ,ice. for my husband's birthday celebration last evening to go to the city with my children and grandchildren. Sight unseen. Beautiful stretch . Wayne was our driver. Another gentleman. So friendly, great driving, crowded city but got us there in perfect timing in traffic. We made several stops. I found Personal Touch limo via Yelp search. Joey replied to my inquiry very quickly and gave me all of the info I needed. We made final arrangements over the phone and booking was easy.I had a small group of 6 heading from Queens to the Long Island Vineyards for a day. Our driver, Bob, was great! He called me before 10am (our pickup time) to let me know that he was in a bit of traffic and we appreciated the communication.The limo was clean and fully stocked with everything that was promised (water, soda, champagne, vodka and scotch). We were able to hook up our phones to play our music and we had a great time. OMG where do I start From the moment I booked our limousine I knew everything would work out right. It was easy to get a hold of the company, they always responded right away which what ever information you need. I was super happy. Our vehicle arrived about 20 mins early which was great. Our Driver Shawn/Sean was amazing he called to let us know that he was here early and to take our time. A friend had recommended Personal Touch for Limo Buses for our Wedding so we decided to meet with the owner Joe.  We rented the 2016 Limo bus and it was beautiful ! Our driver Anthony was wonderful, came early for pickup and was completely professional throughout the day.  He helped us with anything we needed as well as helping with the church runner at the ceremony.  I will definitely be using Personal Touch for all my future needs! =-) More...
