The team was recommended to us last year after the opening of a restaurant they designed downtown Chicago. My partners and I were not sure we need an interior designer, specifically because we had to invest a lot of money in architectural services. But I’m happy we did. We had no idea how much this means. The team took the lead and not only they had exceptional communication and direction with the architect but also it’s the first time when I hear a contractor being happy. I literally had no idea! Are all hospitality interior designers like this? Overall, it completely changed the game for us. The way they imagined things, the way they completely transformed the space, it looks outstanding. I hired Cristiana Crin and Perpetuum Designs for a project that involved designing and building out a retail space on Oak Street in mid 2019, we assigned a budget, timeframe and Cristiana took on the project assuring us that she would be able to deliver the completed project within the budget and timeframe specified. What ended up happening is that they were unable to complete the project within the timeline, and that they abandoned the project after expending the entire budget, 8 weeks after the intended project completion deadline. It was highly concerning that they were difficult to contact and didn't respond to outreach during the project timeline and the additional 8 weeks delay. Moreover, the fact that they informed me that they had run out of money and couldn't complete my project was even more alarming. When looking for ways to resolve this, she didn't provide any avenue to make things right. It was highly unprofessional of them to leave us high and dry without any alternative options or recompense. Their lack of accountability and disregard for their clients' investment was unacceptable. We had to find another design and build firm to complete our project with additional expenses starting from scratch to remedy this debacle. In conclusion, I cannot recommend Cristiana Crin and Perpetuum Designs for any interior design project based on my experience with them. It is essential for any design firm to deliver on their promises, be transparent with their clients, and take full responsibility for their actions; all things they failed to do in this case. More...

Another office down, two more to go. What do you love most about your job?
"I love being able to influence the way people inhabit and experience space. How much culture affects the spatial environment and vice versa. How space can influence our inner thoughts and emotions. The shapes, the colors, the concept. But the most satisfying feeling is seeing my customer's reaction at the end of a project. There's no other professional accomplishment that beats that."
What inspired you to start your own business?
"Having the ability to shape a space that a person spends so much time in, is a tremendous reward."
Why should our clients choose you?
The outcome is always the best; which leads into experiencing people's reaction and seeing how our designs can change or influence their lives. Whether we notice it or not, interior design and architecture has tremendous effect on our everyday-life and to see how different designs and styles play different roles, how much it means for most people, that's priceless for me. For us. No one is alike so no design should be alike. It's always great to know that something you created and worked hard for payed off and brought joy to other people. I take pride in my projects and I have proved in time that my work serves the client's goals. Our Google reviews also help.
