I've been a loyal customer since when they first opened at this location, I believe back in 1999. The names have changed, but there's always great food and great customer service. If I lived closer, I would visit more often, but I still try to stop by every time I'm in the area. Comparing to all other Asian buffets in Spokane county, they always been the best. Both lunch and dinner menu have great variety, everything is fresh, unless you come the last hour of the day, there might be some stuff that been either not replenished or sitting there for a while. But you just have to ask, they're always happy to make some fresh stuff for you. The waitresses are very nice, they saw my kids grow before their eyes, and always spoil them and recognize them. My 3 year old was even taken care of by the waitresses, played with and fed chocolate filled straws that were not on the menu lol while I was trying to finish my meal without chasing a toddler every few minutes. My son is not even 4 yet but every time we pass by or pull in to the parking, he gets so excited. My teenager's first choice to go out to eat is Pearl China too, they grew up eating there. More...

Best Chinese buffet in a 50 mile radius used to go to Hong kong buffet in spokane valley but this place is by far better could not praise it enough the service was great the place was clean even in the mens restroom could not recomend enouch

This place is fantastic for a number of reasons. First, as I have 16 years experience in the hospitality industry from Denny's to four star dining, even serving as a customer service consultant, it's hard for me to truly enjoy the dining industry because I'm constantly analyzing it. However, this all-you-can-eat buffet has done so for us. Hot foods were hot, cold foods cold and presented well, they offered a modest, yet tasteful selection of fresh sushi and even a grill on location. Restrooms were clean, service was attentive but non-intrusive and they even had if you can believe it, real Huckleberry ice cream! Who does that? All for about $17/person! If you're in Spokane on North Division, consider them. They've done a very good job and earned our respect and future patronage. My family and I absolutely LOVE this restaurant. We are frequent flyers and drive a 45 minute drive from across town to eat here with our 3 kids. Their food is always fresh and hot. We have gone here, not even exaggerating probably 50+ times and have not once had bad service or food. They are on top of everything, serve drinks quickly and always have a great attitude. Plus our kids adore the waitresses and waiter. The waitresses even go out of their way to give our kids little cookies or other sweet treats after the kids finish their food. I've never had a bad experience here, uber eats or in person. I've heard complaints that it's dirty, but it was pretty spotless when I went this afternoon. The bathroom was clean too! The food is what you'd expect, basic american-chinese food with some western options for your picky eaters. Vegetarian options available as well. Everything was tasty and satisfying. Service is quick simple to the point, they seat you, ask about drinks, and then tell you to help yourself. Everyone was polite and friendly.
