I have used PCT Clean for over 10 years and have been very pleased with the service! After your first deep clean of the entire house - your home is set up on a room by room rotation so that each time a different room is deep cleaned. PCT uses green cleaners so is safe if you have little ones or pets. They bring all their own equipment and supplies so no need to worry about running out at the last minute to buy. I was RJ’s first customer at PCT and I have been using his cleaning services for the past 16 years. The teams are very polite, always on time and do an excellent job that they take pride in. Whenever I have had an issue, which may have only been once or twice where something was missed, they were always more than happy to come back and fix the problem. One of the most impressive things is that after 16 years, only two items have been broken during a clean and it really was not their fault. One was a lampshade that was brittle from years of the heat from the bulb, and the other was a plastic rod on the blinds that was brittle from the sun. They called me immediately to say they would replace the items but I refused as it truly was not their fault.You cannot ask for a more honest and quality driven company. I come to Swift Cantrell Park as part of my daily routine. Best park there is for adults who just want to take a walk and enjoy the outdoors. The paved trail is great with its gentle hills and its exercise station where I can get a workout. Last Friday, I was finishing up my exercises when two ladies and a gentleman man who worked for Prestigious Cleaning came up and introduced themselves to me and asked very politely if I was still using the equipment, so they could sanitize them all down. I don't have a cleaning crew for my household,but if I did I would definitely want to hire them. Very professional, outgoing, and very polite.And spoke highly of the company they work for. I called Asha and she had Jennifer send out a team with very little notice.
They were both pleasant and professional and caring. The 3 person team came yesterday. They were on time, prepared, highly trained, motivated, but most importantly they expressed such a loving HEART towards me! We'd had a recent death in our family a few days before and they cared so much about how I was feeling and what I was going through. They assured me they would clean the house spotless and that they wanted to take that burden off my shoulders. They were cheerful and hard working and prepared my house beautifully for the moving van that arrived this morning. Rj and his wife Asha had their cleaning team come out to my house about 3 years ago. I was shocked on how my house looked when they were done. My house was hopeless to clean. But PCT came out and proved me wrong. I went to work and gave them a key to get in my house and all day they cleaned. I trust them to be in my hiuse with no one there. When I got out of my car in the driveway I could smell the cleanliness out in the driveway. When I walked in my house I could not believe how clean my house was. They cleaned everything. Baseboards, walls, cobwebs,.... the list is endless. These people are a top notch company and cares about their customers. The owners are about the nicest people you will ever meet. I have had my home cleaned by other companies and individuals in the past and they always seem to miss something like the tops of the base boards or cobwebs in a corner. I couldn't be more impressed by the professionalism, courtesy and integrity of Mr. Patel, owner/PCT. Before the service was given a full business plan was presented of each and everything the service would provide. The service was a deep cleaning and it was a gift. So, it was well researched. My house has never been so clean. The two ladies that cleaned were brought over by the owner, introduced to me and shown each room and what needed to be cleaned. It was spotless. Before I hired Prestigious Cleaning Team I met with the owner RJ Patel.  He came to our home and did a walk through of the rooms we wanted cleaned.  He clearly explained the various levels of cleaning services that they offered.  This allowed me to ask any questions and base my final selection on the service level and price for said services.  Later that day a formal agreement was emailed for my consideration.  I chose the level of service I wanted and have never looked back.  They show up on time,  with the same crew each week, they have been trust worthy in my home and I easy to work with.  I have recommended them to others and will continue to do so.  They are always accessible and return phone calls promptly and professionally.
