Where to begin I cannot thank Barbara and her wonderful team enough, for the best day of my life !!!!!!!!!! I came across PCS EVENTS browsing the website lost looking for ideas to plan my wedding. ! I called Barbara and from the first conversation, I immediately knew she had a heart of gold. Something clicked!! I was not wrong !! Barbara and her team are the most sweet, genuine, hard working team I have come across . The entire wedding planning was organized, Barbara is open to ideas and helped me through the entire process. They took care of everything ! I gave her a folder full of ideas, and like a pro, she gave me the wedding of my dreams. I changed ideas a few times here and there, they never had a problem to accommodate . Barbara is the best. The day of my wedding, I was in awe, the décor was beautiful, exactly what I asked for, the food was amazing, all of my guests LOVED and talked about the food again and again. Bar drinks No problem!!! MORE THAN ENOUGH. we never felt rushed. Barbara really cares!! and she has the best team, that cares as well. From the time I got to the ceremony, till the very last few minutes, they were on top of everything!!!! SO IMPRESSED!!!! I learned to love them, genuine, because they have a heart of gold. Barbara, I cannot thank you enough. You are amazing not only as a planner, but as a human ... you have a tremendous heart and go beyond and I could not thank you enough. If I had to do it all again, there is NOTHING I would change. NOTHING. because everything was so perfect. I would book with Barbara again, and again. From the bottom of my heart,... Barbara and her team did a FABULOUS job on my best friends wedding this weekend at The Walton House! I know she did everything she could to make sure the event was executed to perfection. She was always available to take last minute phone calls and make any adjustments that Casey needed. The tables,chairs, & linens were all in great condition. The food was delicious! Thank you! Barbara & Co.What can I say about PCS events? From the first time I met Barbara back in 2014 she very caring, friendly and most professional. After my engagement fell through back in 2014, Barbara was sadden by how things played out and to my surprise did something she didn't have to do, which was honor my balance. With that balance, I was able to throw my brother and sister in law the most incredible 30th birthday parties of the century! Barbara and her staff were punctual, displayed courtesy and made the whole experience wonderful. I have nothing but excellent things to say about PCS event, so if you're on the fence about using them hop off that fence and just call them for your next event you won't be disappointed. I'll be using them in the near future for any big events I have. Barbara, thank you for your kindness and everything you've done for me and my family. Barbara, Pasqual, and team were the best choice for our wedding. We held our wedding at a hotel, so the venue and catering were covered. .. But we hired the team at PCS to take care of all the other details - from centerpieces to lighting to specialty desserts. They really pay attention to all the smallest details, and walk you through each step of the process. Barbara reminded us of several questions that we needed to discuss with the hotel or with other vendors. We didn't have a wedding planner, and although we weren't really paying Barbara to plan for us, she really did go the extra mile and make sure that we had all our bases covered. I would recommend them to anyone, and will definitely use PCS again when I have events in the future. More...

Barbara was absolutely wonderful! From the moment I called them to inquire about their services for my engagement party, she was professional, courteous and very flexible in my requests. They provided everything from the appetizers to the coffee bar and back, and it was an absolute hit! The food was delicious, the staff was attentive to the guests, and they left my kitchen SPOTLESS!! Everyone was asking who the caterer was and I was so happy to see/hear so many people had such great things to say about the service and food at the party :)  I would definitely use them again for any other event I have in the future! The entire process with Barbara and her team has been nothing but amazing. From the very beginning up until even AFTER the wedding, Barbara went above and beyond to make sure my special day was everything I imagined it to be. My now-husband and I live in Orlando, so we knew planning a wedding in Miami was going to be tough, but Barbara made sure that was never an issue. Not only was Barbara quick to answer all my emails (and there were a lot of those) she also was there to provide suggestions when my husband and I weren't able to figure anything out on our own. She was there for every walk through, and my rehearsal- which I couldn't imagine doing with anyone else. We had a pretty large bridal party and Barbara was able to keep everyone focused and on-task.The entire day went off without a hitch. My husband and I were expecting a few standard issues, but we can honestly say that not one thing went wrong! I could go on for days about how perfect everything was.Both the ceremony and reception were set-up perfectly, even better than I could have imagined. Barbara kept my entire bridal party (and especially me) at ease the entire day and made sure everything went flawlessly! She was right there beside all of us before and during the ceremony, letting us know what to do and when to walk. At the reception the food was absolutely amazing. The cake looked even better than the picture I sent of what I wanted (and tasted just as amazing as it did at our tasting). The venue only allowed for 2 hours of set up, and 2 hours of break down, and Barbara was able to make everything work.Barbara and her team think of everything. You really can tell she has been doing this for a while! She had an amazing back-up plan in case of rain (we were able to make our decision day of) but fortunately for us the weather held up and we were able to have our outdoor ceremony. At the start of the reception, our ceremony area was broken down and replaced with bar tables so our guests were able to enjoy that additional outdoor space. Barbara also had appetizers and water brought to my husband and I while we were hiding out waiting for our guests to take their seats inside the reception (we were starving at this point so I can't even begin to tell you how happy we were when we saw the special plates coming our way.) She also worked with all of our other vendors, both before and during the wedding. My sister played violin during our ceremony and Barbara was there to cue her and help in any way she possibly could. Barb and her staff were EXCELLENT. Throughout the entire process she was always available, extremely helpful, and made sure that our wedding day was perfect. She definitely goes the extra mile for her clients and is no-nonsense when it comes to the details, which is very helpful to couples who may have be indecisive. We highly recommend PCS Events for both their staff and incredible food. The salads, sides, appetizers, entrees, treats, were all top-quality and our guests raved about this. Because we were so comfortable, we felt we could talk to Barb as if she were family. This relationship proved to be the most important as we had the utmost confidence as the wedding day approached. Neither of us had the infamous wedding-day worries that something would go wrong....which was awesome because we truly got to enjoy our day! (and we had a 6 hour reception!) Barbara and her staff are TOPS, they came to our house for the food/cake tasting, were personable and warm the whole way through, and dealt with out every wish and whim with a smile and VERY helpful advice from their many years of experience. Nearly two years later I am still in AWE of the beautiful experience that she provided us always within our budget. THANK YOU BARBARA!
