This place is awesome! I called an hour and a half before a lunch meeting and they happily took an order for delivery. The food (tomato bisque soup, grilled cheese, and grilled PB&J) was delicious. I recommend the battered shrimp tacos (Taco Tuesday) and corn chowder. I stopped in while in transit from Clay to Upstate Medical University. I wanted something tasty and better than a fast food alternative. It was quick, the ladies packed it well, and it tasted like it was homemade. They told me they're expanding to make a larger dining area. I can understand why, because the food tastes yummy and several people were waiting for their orders plus the lady at the register kept receiving takeout orders. I have to give a shoutout to PB&J's Lunch Box who's presence at the Taste of Syracuse made it worth all the hassle of crowds and chaos. Let me just say, I disdain tomato soup. It's essentially taking a vegetable I already hate and then serving it up hot and liquidy which is just blasphemous. Dee opted to chance her demise with the grilled cheese and tomato soup. She asked me to try it, and what can I say, you don't say no to your mother. Well this tomato soup was BANANAS. Not literally of course- but it was like a unicorn made the tomato soup with my hopes and dreams mixed in as the special ingredient. It was everything I never knew tomato soup could be.
