I went to Paul Lee for a few items but mainly for my spare tire that I was never able to get rid of. Even when I was running everyday, eating mainly vegan, and very active, I always had a concerning ring of fat around my stomach. I went to Paul Lee who informed me my digestion cycle was off for certain food types. After following his advice, in just a little under two months I have gone from 192.8-176.8 with little more than a change in my diet. Almost ALL of the weight was also in my worriesome "spare tire/love handle" area. I just about back to he weight I was in high school. Thank you SO much Paul Lee for quickly and accurately identifying how to get rid of this unhealthy fat. Going to Paul Lee is like acupuncture with a side of counseling in the most non-judgmental, supportive way. My mom had been going to Paul Lee for some time and when I hit a point where I thought my PMS and hormonal swings were making me questions things, I took her advice and went to him. I am on about appointment 4 and am starting to see a difference. Know that, acupuncture does not work overnight, things will not change in one appointment. But, by appointment 4, I am sleeping better, and less night sweats too. He is about as smart and kind hearted as they come. Would recommend in a heartbeat!!!
