Hi, I'm Patrick Thomas and thank you for inquiring on Bark!

Exercise has the power to change your life. It did for me. So I want to share that experience with you.

If you're looking to lose weight, tone up, build muscle, gain strength, improve athletics and learn how to do it all... I can help.

If you're looking to incorporate a fit and healthy lifestyle, improve emotional well-being, reduce stress, manage chronic conditions (e.g., diabetes, high cholesterol), recover from surgery and accidents... then I can help!

I teach people how to properly lift weights, eat and fix themselves. Sensible strategies and results for life is my motto.

The rate you see is my semi-private training rate. The groups small and private (no more than 4ppl). I offer two different budget friendly monthly packages.

I do one on one training as well but availability is limited. Please ask if interested.
