Love your pizzas and hogies. The best thing is that on 10/29/15 the manager saw me leaving my sister's house from the back to go into Philly. When I got back she told me he came over to see if everything was okay cause he saw me coming out of the back door and didn't recognize me. She lives directly behind you guys. You don't see this at all anymore so from the bottom of my heart I would like to say THANK YOU for keeping an eye on my sister. I hope that this gets passed on to that manager. I don't know who the girl is who answers the phone here, but she is always super friendly and very patient with my long-winded orders and requests. My husband and I brought our kids here last Friday for dinner. The service was great and the environment was definitely family friendly.
Our 14 month old twin boys were getting a bit restless and the staff intervened and entertained them!! My husband and I truly appreciated the personal touch we experienced at Pats Ridley.
Also, the food was great and the sesame ginger and garlic buffalo wings were awesome!

5 Stars They have the best food in town! I ordered a grilled chicken Caesar salad and a steak sandwich, everything was fresh and delicious! I’ve never had a bad meal here ever! The young lady that took care of me, had immediately greeted me as I came through the door! I myself, working in the customer service field, truly appreciate good customer service. I was greeted with a hello and a smile, and the questions I had about my salad, were answered professionally and eased my mind about placing that order. I was very impressed with this young lady that when I was signing for my order, I tried to add a tip onto the bill. However, your business does not give that option. So I reached into my wallet and personally handed her a tip. I’m sorry I didn’t ask her name, however you have a true asset in her working there at your business. And after just getting off from work myself, after an 8 hour shift, I appreciated the the wonderful customer service and the speed in which my order was taken care of. I don’t think I waited more than 5 minutes!! Thanks so much for a great experience. I definitely will be back in the near future! More...
