Lot of good options and bakery items you find only in India like dil pasand. They get a star just for that.. We ordered butter scotch pastry and paneer chili pizza. The plates aren't as big as most Indian restaurants, however the flavor is good. I preferred their nana bread compared to the rest. Didn't think this place would be this good. It's located in a very busy area with many students. Decided to give this place a try because of their menu which included Pav Bhaji. I am very surprised why this place doesn't have more five star reviews. This restaurant is basically a fast food Indian restaurant. The only difference between fast food and this place is that you actually get good Indian food. It does take a few minutes more than McDonalds to get your order but the extra time is well worth it. Delicious food and friendly staff. I ordered Pav bhaji and mango lassi. Pav bhaji was Indian spicy and delicious. The pavs were soft and a good amount of ghee had been used to roast them. The mango lassi was different from other mango lassis I have tasted in that I could taste the actual yogurt, was not too sweet, and had a delicious hint of cardamom. We used “PASTERIES N CHAAT TAMPA” for our daughters wedding of about 400 + people. There is nothing worse than crappy wedding food so picking the perfect caterer was really important to us. We could not have been any happier. The day of the wedding We didn't even have to think about the food. It was there, ready and amazing. I came here to try chats today and had ordered for a birthday cake ..I am not disappointed .the samosa chat was yummy and very good . . Not sure about all the poor reviews for this spot...the counter service moves quickly and food is very tasty!I ordered take out over the phone and everything tasted great when I got home to munch on a cool rainy evening. The chicken tiki masala and rice were on point and the naan bread was perfect for sopping up all that extra masala gravy.The dessert case is nothing short of impressive and I saw several couples come in an just have a night cap.
