We worked with Partyman for our wedding and had a wonderful experience. From the beginning, they were flexible, responsive and professional. I worked with Amanda who was quick to respond to emails and always willing to work with us on what we wanted for our wedding. The men who came to set up the tent were professional and efficient. They helped fin the best place for the tent and even set up all of the tables and chairs. The food was delicious - all of my wedding guests really loved it! Amanda even found me at one point in the night to say she had saved me a plate, knowing I hadn't eaten and sometimes it is hard for brides to find the time to eat during their wedding. This past Saturday night, Partyman Catering threw the most fun, creative and delicious celebration for my daughters Bat Mitzvah. My family and guests were in awe as soon as they entered the room. No one had ever seen the kind of creativity that Partyman provided. The room was decked out in decorations and details that I could have never imagined. The service throughout the party was polite, attentive and thoroughly engaged. One server even dyed her hair ORANGE in honor of the parties orange color scheme!
I will never consider using any other caterer in Rochester! I'm going to call Partyman tomorrow to start planning my daughter's graduation party!!

We got married last Saturday at the Twin Silos Barn in Livonia, and Kim and her team were amazing to work with. It was an absolutely flawless evening and everyone could not stop raving about the food.

We hired Partyman to cater our wedding at the National Warplane Museum in Geneseo, NY. They were amazing to work with and made the whole process easy for us. On the day of, Margaret and her staff were incredible. They really made the day go smoothly, and took all of the stress away from us. Thank you so much for everything. You helped us make a day we will never forget. ALSO, the food was incredible. We did a breakfast buffet and I have no idea how they made the food so amazing, because anyone who has ever eaten at a breakfast buffet knows it's usually quantity over quality. Not with this one - sausage was crispy and cooked just right, bacon was the perfect thickness and was crispy as well, eggs were fluffy and cheesy and not at all watery, and OMG the French toast casserole...everyone's favorite!! My husband and I just got married this past Saturday at Wingate Barn in Livonia. To say we are extremely satisfied with Partyman Catering is an understatement. They absolutely exceeded any and all of our expectations from the first time we met with Amanda to our wedding day this past weekend. In our opinion, Amanda is the most professional, caring, talented and organized event planner we have ever met. She went above and beyond to make sure we were absolutely satisfied. The morning of our wedding my family asked her to do a million things and she was not the least bit hesitant to meet their requests. After our ceremony, Amanda met our wedding party with a tray of cheese and crackers and of course some drinks. Partyman and Amanda literally think of it all. The food was amazing. I can't even think of how many people came up to us and told us how good everything was and that they went up for seconds! Everything was flawless and we couldn't have asked for a better group of people to help us celebrate our day. Partyman catered our wedding and provided the tables, chairs and bar in September. Everything was absolutely amazing!! Not only was the food delicious and the staff and bartenders very friendly but Amanda and others helped shape our entire day. Partyman helped us organize the entire layout of reception and helped to keep us on a timeline. We were blown away by their professionalism and willingness to help and share their knowledge and experience. Partyman just catered our wedding at Wingate Barn in May. To say they are the best to work with is an understatement. The service, expertise, and help they gave before and duringthe wedding and the ease of adjusting and working with us to perfectly plan our day was more than we could've asked. We heard so much from our guests about how good the food was-- the pulled pork, mac and cheese, and honey brined chicken! And if you want an appetizer, the sweet & sour meatballs are to die for! Their willingness to help from allowing us decoration advice to helping me carry my plate at the reception. Things I didn't even know I needed, the whole staff was there and more than willing to go the extra mile.

Amanda from Partyman was wonderful to work with from the beginning of the planning process for our wedding! We told her what we were looking for and she made it happen. We were also budget conscience and she took that into consideration. They provide a tasting for weddings which is a wonderful chance to go taste what you want to have at your wedding. Amanda also answered my one million questions in a timely manner during the process. Lee was our wedding day of contact and she was also wonderful to work with. After the ceremony, she brought appetizers down to our picture location and continually through the night checked if anything was needed. I can not say enough wonderful things about Partyman. They catered my wedding yesterday and they went above and beyond our expectations. We primarily worked with Amanda throughout the planning process (who was wonderful!) but I also received extremely prompt responses from various members of the team to every single question I asked them. Amanda worked with me to plan every detail. I told her what I envisioned and they made every thing happen. The food was AMAZING - everyone raved, especially about the white lasagna (OMG yum!) and the mini pies we had as dessert. The staff on site were all wonderful. Sarah was the one coordinating everything last night and she was outstanding. Every single thing ran seemlessly and she even ran me into the back room to help me loosen my dress as I was literally on the verge on passing out (drawback to corset dress I guess haha). I've seen some posts where people say that partyman is expensive but I have to say they were worth every single penny we paid and after seeing the work they put in and their dedication to making the day perfect, I found the price beyond reasonable. As a wedding DJ I see different caterers every weekend... Partyman Catering is the first caterer that I have left a review for in the 23 years of DJ'ing. .. Typically I dread my interactions with caterers because they tend to not be flexible and as somebody that is typically in charge of the schedule for the day ... we tend to "butt heads". Partyman was such a nice change... Margaret and I had great interactions and were able to work together seamlessly at a wedding that required a lot of reconfiguration as a torrential downpour moved an outdoor ceremony under a tent requiring things to be moved a lot... On top of that, she took great care to make sure I, and other vendors working the wedding, were taken care of, instead of an afterthought, or not a thought at all, which is the case more times than not. The food was good too! It's rare to work with a caterer that not only has good food, but has great service, is timely and professional all at the same time. We hired Partyman to cater our wedding reception in Geneva, NY @The Cracker Factory. From the start, Amanda and the rest of the team worked through every aspect of the reception and how we wanted things to go. They were great to work with and are very experienced dealing with every aspect of your big day. In the end, Partyman's staff helped with so much more than just the catering of our reception, they also helped make sure other aspects would go as smoothly as possible and wouldn't be something for us to worry about when its least convenient. Partyman Catering helped us host our wedding with over 200 guests at a local venue in Rochester, NY (The Village Gate). From the start of the process, my husband and I were very impressed by how quickly we received responses, feedback and personalized attention from Partyman Catering. Partyman Catering (Joe, Laura and the rest of the team) were sure to meet our needs, whether it be regarding our budget, food requests or other items including tables, chairs, linens, etc. We were blown away as we saw the entire production come to life on our wedding day. It was truly better than we could have ever imagined. Partyman not only catered to our needs for food, but they also provided a professional set-up and made our space look beautiful beyond words. Several guests commented on how wonderful the food was and how many choices we had to offer.

When we first started planning our wedding, my Father made only one request, which was there must be good food.
