Party Fowl deserves an honorable mention for their wide menu featuring Nashville hot chicken dishes. I came on January 1st and the place had its doors open for many tired patrons who had been out all night and were desperate for food. Honorable mentions: hot grit cakes with strawberry-jalapeño jam and the chicken poutine. I love the taste of grits but not always the consistency of the porridge, so this was a great modern twist I had never had with a good sweet jam to cut the dense cheese. The poutine itself might not meet poutine snob standards but I thought it was a unique twist with the Nashville chicken and large enough to share with a group. I split the fried chicken with gravy on mashed potatoes. Fair warning this is a heavy dish but I loved the flavor of the mashed potatoes and the combo of hot chicken balanced by the creamy gravy. Collard greens and mac and cheese were good. The gumbo was not super flavorful but still good. If you are picky or have high standards I would recommend sticking with the chicken dishes. For adult drinks, I tried the bourbon bushwacker. Some don't like the bourbon base but I thought it was still a nice icy beverage. I had never tried Nashville hot chicken before and I was very eager to try it. I went on a Saturday for a late lunch (around 2 pm) and it was busy but I was able to get a table fast. First thing I noticed was the host had sanitized her hands before taking me to the table. I was pleasantly surprised. The place had a fun atmosphere. I ordered sweet tea and it was perhaps one of the best sweet teas I've ever had. I ordered the Nashville hot chicken tenders with fries. I was surprised how quickly it came out (within 5 minutes of ordering) and it tasted hot and fresh. The fries were cooked to perfection. You must get a side of their jalapeño honey mustard! It is delicious. The waitress was very nice and attentive! The only thing I will say is the men's bathroom could have been a little bit cleaner but over all my experience was a great one! Came here to watch the Saints and Titans game and didn't want to drive downtown to the other location due to it being a home game, but so glad we chose this location. Thursday December 19th was my first visit to Party Fowl. I sat at the bar and was immediately greeted by the bartender Stephanie. She was very friendly and attentive. We talked about the menu, the atmosphere and lots of other stuff. She truly made the first visit a joy. Not only that but a manager named David even came by. He's a funny guy for sure. Telling us all about the company and menu. Being in the service industry I'm always looking for a cool hangout for after work. I've driven by several times and never stopped but I did this day and it was worth it. Stephanie and David made this visit amazing. Stephanie was very willing to help with food suggestions and sauce. Had the Hot Tenders, Mac & Cheese, and Greens. This is the hottest chicken I think I've had so far. The greens kind of soaked into the paper in the to go box, which sucked but from from what I had of them they were full of vege, salty, savory, low key green flavor. The mac and cheese noodles were huge and innovative, I liked the style of them and the taste. The chicken is by far the best I've had in Nashville yet. This appears to be a local sports bar chain in Nashville. Â The menu revolves around Hot Chicken and the bar serves up about 30 different kinds of brews on tap. Â Â I got my "Nashville Hot" chicken on a Cobb Salad. Â It ended up being too spicy for me so I had a hard time finishing. Â Their "Hot" was considerably hotter than Hattie B's "hot". I came in for dinner and was sat with Robin as our server. She was great and gave really good and knowledgeable recommendations since this was our first time. When we first arrived the hostess seemed irritated that we wanted to sit in the back of the restaurant instead of by the door where she had put us so we were worried it wasn't going to be a good visit but Krystal H made it fantastic! ! She was amazing! We were waiting on a friend and so busy talking that we took a while to order but she never rushed us. She gave several drink recommendations while we waited. My husband LOVED the PB stout beer she recommended! The frozen lemonade was more slushy than expected which was great because too thick of a frozen drink gives me heart burn. The drinks were strong too which I like! The food was amazing but be warned the medium chicken is hot so go with mild if you don't like it too hot. This will definitely be a place we come back to next time we are in town. My only warning is to be careful walking to the bathroom because the floors were slick and know that the chairs are narrow and not comfortable (nothing a drink won't make you forget) More...

Had lunch here and enjoyed the chicken and beignets which was a great combo and a lot of food. Â Service was very good and very attentive. Â The only negative I'd say was the Bloody Mary was way way too hot and had to send back to knock off some of the heat. Â I love love spicy but not when it's that is all you taste is heat. My husband and I tried this place for the first time last weekend. We had the Fowl Balls appetizer, I had the Brick-Tattooed chicken, he had the hot chicken with beignets. I also tried the Bourbon Bushwacker, which was like a spiked chocolate milkshake. Â He said it was the best fried chicken he'd ever had. The food was amazing, the service was great, the beer selection was great...but, the beignets and the Bourbon Bushwacker were magnificent!
